Great little place fully equipped with everything you need and then some. Clean and comfortable. Pool and BBQ was an added plus which we thoroughly enjoyed!! Allen was an amazing host and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Florida Trip

Overall, I was really please with my stay at this property. It was very comfortable and in a nice location near the restaurants and beaches. The property itself was clean and ready when we arrived and Allen even let us drop our luggage off early since we arrived a couple hours ealry from our flight. The pool was amazing and was always nice to come back to after a Long Beach day. Allen was amazing and very communicative the entire trip and an excellent host. We would recommend this property to our friends/other couples staying in the Oakland park area.

We go to Oakland park every year to visit friends and have stayed at Allen's place for the last 3 years. Wish we had found it earlier Allen is the best, love Bam Bam and can't beat the pool. We will be going back every year

Relaxing

Allen is a great host goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable. Allen has 2 very well behaved dogs and we asked if we could interact with them. We have dogs and were missing the intersection. He let us pet them and they are wonderful so calm and patient. Best trip ever

Not a quiet oasis

The studio is attached to host house so you can hear all his movements and phone calls and dinner and visitors. It was very bad at times; I had to pound on the door to get them to end this very loud dinner party. The pool was not heated as promised and he gave a lame excuse

Not exactly like the Ad.

The host Allen was great but there were a few things different than the ad. It is definitely a space for no more than two people. The Ad said the pool was heated but after the first day with the solar blanket off (which wasn’t completely taken off the pool for the whole visit, the water was very cold. The bathroom plumbing didn’t work properly ( it would take 15 mins plus for the toilet to fill) and the heat/ac wasn’t in the unit. Our host had no trouble changing it when texted but it was still inconvient.

A peaceful oasis

Overall this rental is great. The location is very fine. It’s about a 20+minute walk to Wilton Manors and I never waited more than 2 minutes for a Lyft pick up. The studio apartment is newer, in great condition and tastefully decorated. The bed is comfortable and the private patio a plus. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with the basic food essentials. Allen the property owner was always very responsive and strives to ensure a hassle free stay. It was a great experience, living like a local.
