Great property to relax with friends

We loved the pool area with a grill and black stone griddle. The house was arranged well with the primary suite separate from the other two bedrooms for privacy. Close proximity to much shopping and grocery stores. But unable to walk due to very busy street.

Spring Break

Three retired teachers enjoying our annual spring break trip to Florida. We were disappointed that the pool was not cleaned. The listing said one bedroom had twin beds, but it did not. Ended up being ok, but had we brought a fourth person with us, it would have been a problem.

Quiet slice of paradise

Home run for our party of 6.

The home was as pictured but pictures couldn’t describe how comfortable it was. The 3 bedrooms with separate baths was perfect for 3 couples.. walk out your door to a beautiful heated (and maintained) pool. No fighting for a spot. Some of the pool furniture could use some repair bu that didn’t affect my rating for the property.

Easy to book considering it was last minute Unable to get into house , code wasn’t set had to wait 30 minutes to get someone in phone to fix House was very nice no issues Except we had to buy all things Only gave 2 rolls toilet paper, paper towels and toiletries but it seemed to be enough Check out was 10am but the house cleaner came at 9:45am and we felt rushed All in all good time

Great location, nice quiet neighborhood

Great location, nice area, comfortable home for us and our 3 adult children. 3 separate bathrooms were convenient. A few items were in disrepair (e.g., lamps, blinds, sliders hard to open/close) and the pool area could use a deep clean and screens fixed (although we understand a storm had come through the week prior).

Excellent get away

This was a great property for our family vacation. The fact that there were 3 bedrooms each with bath was perfect. The pool was perfect and the area provided great golfing opportunities.

Not as Expected

The house was very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. The listing did warn that they don't supply all you'll need of shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels. But there weren't any coffee filters or pool towels and that would be nice to know. We were very disappointed in the pool as it was not clean. My family has lived in Florida for 35 years and they all have pools. So, I know you have to skim them but it was ridiculously full of bugs and you couldn't easily open the door to empty the skimmer because a bush is growing in front. We come down every three months but will be staying elsewhere.

Beautiful home lacks attention to detail

We arrived late in the evening to find a car in the garage the listing states was available for our use. I had planned to pull our car in the garage to unload our luggage late at night and was disappointed. Multiple light bulbs were burned out (above the pool, in the master shower, and in one of the bedrooms), outlets in the master bath don't work (this has been complained about in a prior review), no hair dryer as stated in the listing. A bedroom closet door was off the track, and the other bedroom closet is full of large stuffed animals. Only one side of the toaster works, there were dirty plates in the cupboard, the hot water heater isn't large enough to accommodate the jacuzzi tub (the water turns cold before it is filled above the jets), the ceiling above the master shower is stained with ?, and the master bath smells like stale smoke. While the house was clean and the toiletries were appreciated (soap, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper were provided), the lanai was cluttered with furniture stacked in the corner and half inflated floaties strewn about, and pool deck was dirty/stained. The white fabric covered chairs on the lanai were also badly stained, and the pool screen door was broken. I skimmed the pool more than once a day to remove tiny gnats and frogs. The pool cleaned up nicely. The pool company came and replaced the pump during our stay but didn't prime it so the fountains didn't run after he left. Another company came to service the pool while we were in it and allowed us to add the chemicals necessary later so we didn't have to get out for 2 hours after they were added. Throw blankets would be a really nice addition to this home, and instructions for the alarm. It announces each time a door is opened, it took me a while to figure out how to disable the announcement on one of the pool doors so I could enjoy the outdoors while my family slept. I reached out to the company to inquire regarding the car and make sure they knew about the issues. They offered to send someone out, but for our short (4 night) stay, we would rather not have someone in the home interrupting our vacation. They informed me the lanai was cluttered due to a storm, but the storm moved up the coast 5 days prior to our arrival and the storm shutters were open, making me assume someone tended to the house post storm. The home needs some attention to detail, and I won't rent from this company again.

Nice spot

Pros: House/Outdoor layout, wonderful natural lighting, great fishing from deck, peaceful, outdoor appears to be maintained well Cons: a. Requires new cleaning crew - home was not really clean (more of a quick wipe down / smoke & mirrors look), pots & pans, utensils, cups - clearly had food crusted on; coffee pot required an extra, extra cleaning. Now, I come from a family who is top notch on cleanliness (way before Co-Vid) so we don't ever expect places to be as clean as we would personally maintain our own homes but we had to spend more than our usual time re-cleaning what should've been at least a little up to par. For the amount of rules and fees charged to guests - should consider getting another cleaning crew. b. Trash bins had trash when we arrived c. Grill was definitely not cleaned by previous stay. d. Pool - may have holes in the screens / may want to check it out - too many bugs even after skimming it multiple times; even pool maintenance stated there have been multiple complaints - e. No outlets to use in master bathroom as the only outlet that had a GFI was in the toilet closet which required an extension cord and when you turned it on triggered the whirlpool (loud motor sound) - fire hazard. Hopefully this will be fixed for the next guests... Whoever is checking between stays is not doing a good job making sure everything is up to par for the next guest. If ALL the above is fixed - this place should always get 5 stars. If others don't care about the above, then "Hey, do you!" :)

Beautiful & Relaxing In Cape Coral

Loved the location, property, decor, etc…. The fencing and door locks and alarm made us feel safe even with a toddler! The pool needed skimmed when we arrived, but it does receive weekly service (they came by one day). I would stay here again. Great pool furnishings were provided as well. Only reason it is 5* in every category was the pool needed skimmed the first few days, and we didn’t see any beach chairs/umbrellas if renters wanted to island hop (which we did quite a bit). Overall I highly recommend.

We loved the home and the open space. The kitchen was great for cooking in. The pool was a welcome respite. The location was great for our needs. A great experience. The only minor down side was there were no blankets on the beds, just sheets and the pool patio needed a spray wash.

A definite 5 star vacation home

The house is just as it is described in the posting. It is tastefully decorated in an airy beach theme. The house is open concept with sunlight coming in large windows and sliding glass doors. The beds and furniture are good quality and comfortable. The house was thoroughly clean. I appreciated little extras as batteries, flashlights, and extension cords. The pool cleaner, yard maintenance and exterminator did their jobs and demonstrated the detailed care of the property. The pool was warm and clean. The dryer broke during my stay and was repaired in two days. It was a great vacation house! Linda February, 2021

Overall stay

The overall stay was very good. The house was located in a nice neighborhood that wasn't too far from restaurants, shopping, and several beaches. The house itself was pretty clean with minor issues that were discussed with the company. The only complaint would be that pool cleaner entered the lanai without introducing himself or what he was there for. Finally, after we asked he told us he was there to clean the pool. Overall, the stay was relaxing and we would return in the future.

A GOOD GETTAWAY !!

Everything was just like promised. Nice quiet neighborhood , close to shopping. Nice pool and good restaurants. Only thing I would suggest is a small TV in each of the other two bedrooms. Sadly, our stay was not shortened, but definitely different the last week due to the corona-virus 😪 and the day we left, the yard had a for sale sign. !!

Excellent stay.

Had an issue with electric outlets and gfi in bathroom did not work. Notified manager and problem was resolved next day. Only suggestion would be a solar reel for solar cover as it was not easy getting cover off and on. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful and Relaxing!

We enjoyed staying at this property and would come back. We were there for 4 weeks and were impressed with all the kitchen implements. Just about everything you need, this kitchen has. The furniture was all comfortable and especially the bed in the master bedroom. Loved the pool, used it just about every day. We enjoyed sitting on the dock, it provided a different view of the canal and wildlife. We were close to many grocery stores, restaurants and parks.
