The house was very spacious! We had a family of 6 there and everyone felt comfortable. Location was right where we needed. The house was equipped with all that we needed. Check in and out process was easy. The house was a great value minus the extra fees and 500 refundable deposit that had to be paid at time of booking.

Ideal location in lovely Sarasota, close to both Siesta Key and Key Lido beaches. Pool area was great for relaxing and enjoying the sun in a peaceful location. Simon’s Coffee House is 2 minutes walk and is great for both breakfast and lunch, friendly staff and good service. Throughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything was as expected. Great place, close to everything, and very convenient. The house has everything you need to make a your stay pleasant. The only thing I would suggest, is to change some of the mattresses in the bedrooms which are kind of hard. Everything else is excellent. I would definitely come back.

Wonderful property, nice neighborhood. Very accesible owner, who answered any question about the house. Property is spacious with 3 full bathrooms, one of them conveniently located close to the pool. Siesta key beach is 5 min driving with free parking. Loved our staying. Thanks Karl!

Stay at Sarasota

We had a wonderful time.the host was wonderful .we had a leak in the bathroom and he came right over and fixed in in a matter of minutes .we were very impressed.we would stay there again.

25th anniversary

Karl was fantastic with all info about the area and any help we needed. Super clean , beautiful swimming pool , a/c was coooool and all creature comforts available and worked great. Love the safe clean neighborhood.

Clean and comfortable

This home was very clean and comfortable and in a nice neighborhood; however, it is quite dated. It could really use some remodeling, especially bathrooms.

Fine time

My wife and I stayed the month of February at Karl's property. It is a lovely and comfortable home in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, convenient to Sarasota and Siesta Key. We were very relaxed in the home, we enjoyed the pool very much, and we loved walking the neighborhood in the evenings. The home is very well equipped and offered all we could have wanted. Karl was very agreeable and friendly and he graciously accommodated our request for a scent-free environment. Everything about our experience was wonderful.

Good stay

Place is big. Definitely could use updated furniture but the location is good. House was clean. Loved being able to use the beach chairs. Washer and dryer was very good, which I appreciate. Pool is also a plus, too cold for us to use in January but if it was warmer outside we would have used it.

As they say - location, location, location! Let's mention the fantastic neighborhood of this house. It is in a very private, safe, and secure location away from Siesta Island "season" madness traffic, but still only 2 to 10 minutes away (driving) from the world famous Siesta beaches.
Our house is very spacious, (3+3) with private pool (NOT HEATED), perfect fit for your family vacation
You can simply enjoy outdoor activities (morning walking or jogging), short walking distance to Phillippi Estate Park, where you can take your boat, jet ski or paddle board and relax by the water side.
