CENTRAL HAVEN MILDURA

Enjoy the very best in resort style living in this luxurious Mildura accommodation!
This spacious home will comfortably accommodate up to 13 guests, ideal family friendly accommodation. Consisting of 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This stunning home offers 2 spacious living area’s, a large dining area that opens out to a 8x4 metre pool and outdoor entertaining area and BBQ facilities. (Please note the spa attached to the pool is not operational)

Central heating and evaporative air conditioning will ensure your stay is very comfortable.
The kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, 600lt fridge/freezer, cooktop, oven and offers everything you need at your fingertips. Tea and coffee facilities also provided. The laundry comprises of a washing machine, clothes dryer, clothes airer, ironing board and iron. There is a treadmill at the house if your wanting to keep up your fitness routine. The house is child friendly with loads of toys, games and books for the children to enjoy. Free Internet use.

The backyard comprises of a 12’ enclosed trampoline and a large children’s cubby house. There are many outside toys to entertain the children.
Safe secure parking with a double lockup garage with remote control.

This property is walking distance to Mildura Central Plaza. Perfect for families, large groups and ideal for corporate retreats. It boasts the very best in resort style living.

Perfect for family and friends

This house has absolutely everything you could need. Donna has done an outstanding job of thinking of all the little things, the kitchen is fully equipped, ample toys and books for the children and the space was lovely and clean. We had 3 adult couples plus children and the property had a perfect layout to ensure nobody got under each other’s feet. Definitely recommend. Donna was great with our enquiries too. Thank you.

Ideal property for group booking

Very clean, air con on and well presented on arrival. The floor plan in particular worked well with 4 adult couples and the bbq and pool area worked well for socialising. Well equipped property with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Handy to shopping centre. We are pleased to recommend this property to anyone especially a group of family our friends wanting to stay in Mildura.

Fantastic property

This house was fantastic. Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) stayed in January and it was everything we hoped for. Clean, tidy and lots of space. Exactly as depicted in the photos and the description. Donna was very friendly and helpful and her response to communications (email, text etc) was very quick. Pool is absolutely lovely and the house is in a nice street close to major shopping centre. Highly recommend!
