5 BR Port Aransas vacation home offers a game room, Wi-Fi, Master Suite with a private bath and balcony and is located in the beautiful Village Walk with two community pools. Just a four-minute drive to the beach this is a place for the whole family.

Life In Paradise Vacation Rentals is now offering one of Village Walks Premier five bedrooms. Sandy Toes is a luxury five-bedroom home with access to two community pools (which are heated during the winter months) that are just steps from the front door. True elegance and pure fun combine to make this vacation getaway one to remember. The vision for Sandy Toes was to create a family fun environment where The King Ranch Meets the Beach. Five There is a full outdoor living set in the outdoor entertaining area. Plenty of seating and a full-size BBQ pit make lounging outdoors fun for the whole family. Downstairs offers a Texas-size open living area with plush seating and a large flat-screen TV. The fully stocked kitchen is the perfect place to prepare your freshly caught fish and shrimp. This ground floor also offers a half bath and a bunk room (BR1) containing two sets of twin bunk beds. Venture upstairs where you will find a master bedroom (BR2) with a king bed, a private balcony, and a flat-screen TV. There are two bedrooms with queen beds (BR3) & (BR4) and flat-screen TVs, as well as another bunk room (BR5) with two sets of twin bunk beds and a flat-screen TV that round out this five-bedroom Vacation Rental Gem. Two more luxury baths are also located on this floor.

Overall great. 4 out of 5 stars. Clean and comfortable. Cons - Pictures of gameroom were misleading as all the games were broken and could not be utilized. It was one the reasons I selected the paticular location. Need to repair the broken games and equipment.

We had a good experience in overall.

Great communication and great location. The house in general was clean as far as sheets, towels, and toilets. Since we had to spend most of the time in the house due to Covid-19, we had to use the kitchen and kitchenware. Just wish there was more options for cooking pans and pots. Also, it would be better if the dishes were in better shape. On the second day, we found a dead rat in the kitchen ( we notices the rat trap in the house). In general, it was a nice beach house and a very friendly manager ! Nice cozy backyard.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was a little dusty. The second thing, the bathrooms upstairs in the master room wasn't functioning well,the water didn't flush well that the cord from the tank had to be pulled for the water to be flushed completely, and one of the bunk beds from upstairs in the hallway, one of the boards from the bottom was already broken, but overall I really loved the house and everything inside . Thank you.

Great, Spacious Home

This home is very accommodating. The location is great. The game room is not like described but we were here for the beach. The home needs to be stocked better. With ten people staying there was not enough towels, no wash clothes. Kitchen needs to be stocked better also. No dish towels, and the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. The outside area is great except for the charcoal grill. It is rusted out and unusable.

House was dirty and a lots of bugs

There was dust everywhere and the floors were really dirty, everything is old in bad conditions. We kill like 4 big cucarachas in the house found some spiders and even warms 🤢 coffe maker had coffe with mold inside. Blender didn’t work and when I write them never got an answer I call them and all I heard was sorry And send pictures, I did send them and never got an answer back either. Will never rent with this people again.

Unfortunately, the property has a bed bug infestation. My husband found one on his leg. When we looked under the mattress, we found the infestation as well as dirty sheets. I took pictures and sent them to the property manager. He ensured me that my family would receive a refund, but only received a fraction of the amount we spent. I have had to wash and disinfect all items that were inside the condo. I would not recommend this property.

Great for large family

Property managers were quick and responsive! They made the process painless. The only disappointment was the game room. But, we had so many other things to do it went unnoticed.

The location was great It has 2 separate bunk rooms but one is open with no door All the bathrooms with showers were upstairs in bedrooms so anyone staying in downstairs bunk or in open bunk had to invade someone’s room to shower!! Also garage is converted to game room. A lot of stuff in there, crowded, and definitely not as expected from picture Then master bedroom was overly hot compared to house temp However it was large enough to fit our family comfortably and close to beach

Beach Christmas

We had a pleasant stay in the home for Christmas. We love the Village Walk complex. The house was close to the heated pool. There was plenty of room to have a family Christmas. There were a couple of maintenance items that we needed addressed which the management company did quickly. Several reviews have addressed this, but the game room is not in the condition that it appears on the website. The games are well worn. Nonetheless, our children still enjoyed playing with them.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place overall is livable but we expected it to be better based on the published pictures.The 2nd floor overall, incl bedrooms, were well kept and tidy. 1st floor was a bit opposite. Didn't expect the floor to be all cement. Cement floors were dirty and need some mopping. We found dead cockroaches in living room, and mouse traps made us nervous.Kitchen could use some new pans (all nonstick pans were scratched to the aluminum core). Game room isn't as pretty as the pictures show (dirty floors & dust on the tables).

Since the COVID hit we couldn't get out, but this Labor Day weekend 2020, we had a blast staying here. I will definitely comeback.

Beautiful on the inside, but....

I will tell you that there is a mouse problem. We have seen several of them and there were 2 dead ones in the trash can when we arrived. The AC in garage was never fixed even though we asked for someone to fix it. The WiFi is horrible. The master shower leaks into the kitchen below. There were mice between the washer and dryer and in the master bedroom/closet area. The TV in game area was broken and most of the games were unusable. I took pics of everything and video too. The master balcony was unusable as it was under construction. We were not told this upon booking. The back door is impossible to open/close. The secondary master is also hard to open/close. The inside of the home is beautiful and very comfortable barring a few issues but it's like we were staying in the worst house on the best block. I'm sure no one cares about these issues but I can not go without letting someone know...there are definitely issues with this house. I totally understand stuff happens but complaints about some stuff were made months ago in the reviews and have yet to be fixed. Not ok. For the price..not ok. The parking is a whole other issue. My daughters in law had to pay an extra $105 each to park their cars in a secure area as the civic center tried to tow them. It definitely affected our stay and we have been down here every year for 28 years now. We had our honeymoon on this beach and I have never left a review before. This was unacceptable. It literally made our annual family vacation horrible. For others sake..please fix the issues. Thank you

The deck to the master bedroom was under construction, it was not communicated to me, the gameroom/garage was very hot. They did get us a portable ac for it. The house was overall a good choice for us. Rooms were clean, property manager responded to our concerns within an hour. Would recommend.

Very Fun Beach House

We really enjoyed our stay, great location from the pool and not far from the beach at all! We had problems with the WiFi but they were quick to get us a hotspot to get us by.

Unfortunately, at check in, the house was 77 degrees which is very warm when its 100 outside. The game room is not as pictured but the kids still enjoyed. The balcony in one room was under construction which we werent advised of. The upstairs beds were very comfortable. Pleanty of towels for all of our guests.

Reviewer Comments: The home was nice overall, The game room equipment is old,mostly broken stuff and the ac wasn't working, It was clean but not professionally cleaned. The dryer vent was plugged and we cleaned it out so we could use the dryer, I feel it was over priced for the condition it is in.

Sandy Toes Review

The size of the property was perfect for our family. There were several things with the property that we thought the property manager should know about, and we text that info to them. Nothing we couldn't live with, but more of an annoyance. Community is also a bit congested with limited parking.
