This was a beautiful townhome with amazingly quick access to the beach! The beds were extremely comfortable and the ambience was really nice. They had everything we needed and we would definitely use again!

Great beachfront condo!

Our family, kids 24,21, enjoy days at the beach and we couldn’t have been any happier with this property! The door of the condo is literally less than a 30 second walk from the sand. The condo was very clean, very updated, and stocked with anything you could possibly need for your stay. There was also all the beach necessities you would need, wagon, chairs, umbrella, toys, googles and more. This was our 6th trip to 30A and by far our overall favorite property we have stayed at. We will definitely book Cloud 9 by the sea for our future visits.

Place was terrific. Location was great, super easy to get back and forth to the beach. Townhouse had covered parking (which was great) and fully stocked and super nice. Very communicative host made trip a delight. Will be back.

Great location and really nice condo!!

Husband spent a few days here and really enjoyed. We could walk to the beach and the neighborhood was nice. Condo has everything you need, decorated nice and the AC works great which is wonderful in the Florida heat! We would definitely book again!

Wonderful getaway

We thoroughly loved our stay. Comfortable beds. We cooked or grilled several nights- kitchen had everything we needed. Enjoyed the porch and view of beach. It was also nice to sit out there on the couple of rainy days we had. The white sand of Inlet Beach is a very close, easy walk. We spent the majority of our time there. We will be back!

A great, great place!

Loved the space and would stay there again in a heartbeat! The view is much better than the photos lead you to believe. The layout is awesome for 2 couples. A great, well supplied kitchen. Great hosts! Can’t get any better than that!

Nice Stay

My wife and I were there for a week. Our son lives about a block down the street so this was like an extended bedroom!! The condo is very nice but extremely minimalist in the amenities area!! There are NO extras of anything i.e. no salt nor pepper. If you want ANYTHING bring it!! The little bottle of soap, provided, in your starter kit, is the smallest bottle known to man! It lasted about 1/2 a shower and we were there for a week. I believe for a weeks stay you should be provided more than one baby starter kit! Stairs - if you have difficulties with stairs, I suggest you might want to check out a different location. There are about 15 steps from the street level to the first floor and another 15 up to the bedrooms. You learn quickly to take an extra second to make sure you have everything before going down!! This is a very nice condo, excellent views, excellent location to the beach (probably no more than a couple hundred steps). I would highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay there again.

Good place for a family

My old college friends and I rented this condo for a week . We are all in our 70s. We found it very clean and comfortable, BUT, two flights of stairs that are quite steep created something of an issue for at least two of us. We also wished to have more in the way of wash clothes and towels. The kitchen was nicely equipped, but having salt and pepper would be nice. The deck facing the ocean was comfy , and we spent quite a bit of time there. We were fairly close to the beach, a short walk, but our view of the ocean was narrow, being mostly obstructed by the apartment building in front of us. We didn’t try to use the washer or dryer as it was in a separate locked room near the parking shelter. It would have involved more stairs. All in all, the place was satisfying for three old friends.

Perfect beach property

We loved staying here. The proximity to the beach was perfect. The house was beautifully decorated and spotless on arrival. The beds were super comfortable. We highly recommend!! The only thing that could possibly make this place even better would be having an outdoor fan over/on the deck for the calm, still nights when there is no ocean breeze.

We had a great stay! Great location and easy access to the beach. The covered parking allowed us to unpack in a Florida downpour. Outdoor shower and laundry was beneficial. We are looking forward to next year.

Great family vacation

Of course, anytime you are at the beach you want the weather, water, and waves to work on your favor. Thankfully, we were able to enjoy the beach for our week long stay. We spent most of our time outside soaking up the rays and enjoying ocean. The walk to the inlet is a good night beach walk to go crabbing and watch the night sky. We were thankful for the beach chairs and nice umbrella the unit had for us to use. We enjoyed cooking and staying in for dinner and playing cards. The two king beds in the condo were incredibly comfortable! Everything was clean and nicely decorated. We would stay here again.

Relaxing and comfortable

From the moment we got there, it was relaxing, comfortable, clean, and welcoming. The decor was beautiful, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. The location was perfect as we prefer the quieter side of things. The beach was beautiful and not crowded but we were close enough to the main 30A area for food, biking, and activities for the kids. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location so close to the Gulf

Cloud Nine was perfect for our family of 3. We loved the layout and the best part was staying that close to the beach. We love this part of Inlet Beach because there are no stairs to get down to the beach so it was so easy to just walk out of this home and walk a few feet to the sand. Easy to set up your chairs and umbrellas. We also loved the location to the Donut and coffee shop. We spent every morning taking a short walk to the coffee shop which in our opinion had amazing coffee. We also ate dinner at the sushi restaurant next door which was also amazing. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to be close to the beach and know that this home is extremely clean, updated, and perfect.
