Southern Belle Vacation Rentals in Savannah, GA, and Tybee Island, GA provides first-class amenities including access to our exclusive resort-style heated pool located at 19 Silver Avenue, Tybee Island GA. All of our homes are professionally cleaned after each stay, and disinfected using a quaternary disinfectant throughout the entire property prior to each new arrival.

Modern, eclectic, lavish, luxurious - those are just a few words that could be used to describe this unique and newly renovated, Southern home located just two blocks from Forsyth Park. The beautiful Savannah vacation rental features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and sleeps a total of 6 guests in gigantic bedrooms! There`s a stone patio to the side that offers guests the chance to catch an evening sunset while sipping sweet Southern tea. Guests will enjoy brand-new appliances as well as beautiful, modern decor throughout the property.

This Savannah vacation rental features a full bath, a bedroom with two queen beds, living room, another bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath in the hallway, washer dryer, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast table with seating for 4. In summary, the garden level has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and sleeps a total of 6 people and is just steps away from all that downtown historic Savannah has to offer including many great restaurants such as Local Ten Eleven, Leoci's, and The Mansion on Forsyth, as well as easy access to trolley tours and shops. Join in on all of the jazz fest activities or one of the many other free concerts that the city of Savannah puts on in Forsyth Park. A nice walk will get you to River Street and a twenty minute drive will get you to Tybee Island to the beach for some fun in the sun. If you`re looking for a fresh cup of coffee or shopping for groceries, The Sentient Bean, Brighter Day, and Kroger are all a 60 second drive away.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island. The Pool is open during the below dates and times.
March 1- Oct 31, Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm
November 1 - February 28, Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm
Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.
⁃Day Before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving Day and the Day after Thanksgiving
⁃Day Before Christmas, Christmas Day and The Day After Christmas
⁃Day Before New Years, New Years Day, and the Day after New Years

Good for two families

I stayed for 3 nights, overall the apartment is good but still they need to do some carpenter work the second bedroom and bathroom doors both don't lock its very inconvenience with six people staying that to bathroom in the way to kitchen, bread toaster is not working and good number of cook wear vessels and utensils. Overall it's good and nice location to stay.

Great location but a train wreck of a rental - Mouse droppings and mold

If you want to be in the heart of Savannah close to everything and walking distance to Forsyth Park and other great Savannah places, this is the spot.....but that is it. Don't let the pictures posted deceive you. This place is a total dump! If I could submit pictures I would. The outside doors and fence are covered with moss and look like they haven' been painted or maintenanced in years. Upon walking in my bedroom the first sign of trouble was the huge roach lying dead on the floor. I understand it was a Palmetto roach which are not the disease carrying type but still a shock to see. There was black mold on the vents of the guest bathroom register and the bathtub leaked water when using the shower. There were mouse droppings on the mantel in the kitchen and the stove had not been cleaned as there was grease on the stove top and caked grease on the burners. The paint around the vents in the living room were peeling indicating water condensation issues with the air conditioner. The couches leather was peeling off in chunks, the walls were stained and chipping paint, the baseboards on entry ways were showing exposed wood and mold and the garbage disposal wouldn' work. I called the Southern Belle management company and placed a service call and the nice gentlemen fixed the garbage disposal but then broke again after 1 use. The refrigerator was filthy and the ice maker was broken. Dishes were dirty and had to be cleaned before use. The internet wasnt working when we arrived only to find out after calling Southern Belle management that we did not have our own router but were setup on Google mesh and that they had to contact the main house to have the guests staying there reset the internet router. Each unit should have its own router. Google mesh is a cheap way of avoiding that! There was supposed to be a parking spot for my unit but there was not. The main house apparently had two and the guest house had two. Fortunately the guest house was only using one so I parked in their extra spot. I talked to a couple of people at Southern Belle management about the parking situation and they acted like they had no idea of the setup at the property. They told me to go pay for parking if I could not make it work. Are you kidding me? The terms of my contract state I would have 1 parking spot and the suggestion is to pay for parking? This place was an unmitigated disaster and the only reason they can justify the high price is the location. Trust me, do not rent!!

Would not recommend this unit very disappointed.

The property looked much better then actual condition in person. Things were broken and not working. Many layers of paint were trying to mask issues. Loud unruly guests above. All beds were broken. Roaches found. Had to call management multiple times. Property needs help for sure. Security needs improved between units. Would not recommend this particular unit.

Mom/Daughter Trip!

Wonderful place! Great location!! Wish they offered more supplies in kitchen; sandwich baggies, salt/pepper, cutting board, etc. Also, wish there would have been beach towels and laundry detergent since we are from out of town and hard to travel with those items.
