Overall our stay was great. Beautiful sunrises, the house, rooms and deck all nice. Driveway is steep! Driveway gate a little ackward to manage opening and closing. Kitchen could've had more glasses to drink from, rather than just plastic cups, nicer silverware, and a few more small plates, for us - the way we like to eat. All communications and instructions very clear and straight forward. Host always available if needed. Nice facilities. Great location.

House was very spacious, clean and functional in a great neighborhood! My family of 6 had a wonderful stay and would definitely rent again! We loved listening to and finding coqui frogs, mangos, coconuts on walks! The balcony offers a pretty view of sunrises as well! Could use a few extra blankets; Tip: use AVE LAS FLORES and look for unit C29 to access the property's driveway.

July 4th vacay

House was as expected by description. Location was close enough to everything to have a smooth vacation. The kitchen was stocked with basic needs and we made it work.. i wish we had access to beach chairs. Overall we would definitely stay again

We enjoyed our stay in Fajardo. The location was perfect for us. Near beaches, rainforest, grocery stores and restaurants.

A week vacation

We had a wonderful time here, the house was great! It accommodated our family of 7 perfectly. We were able to see a good portion of the island and absolutely loved it! Thank you!

Great house in great location

Everything about the house was good. The location was nice and safe. The renter was always responsive and helpful. The only improvement I can think of would be to add some throw blankets.

Everything was in working condition however, the home is outdated. It’s also not the cleanest. I would not recommend parking up the driveway as it is very narrow making it hard to get out. All and all, we enjoyed our stay.

Great time

We love this property. Unfortunately we got hit with the hurricane and lost power but the owner and company that manages the house went above and beyond to accommodate our trip. Highly recommend this house. The area is stunning. We can not wait to return.

A piece of paradise

Property was immaculate and everything it was listed to be and more. There were no issues at all. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. I would recommend this property to all looking for a relaxing at home feel getaway. Home was very spacious and well layed out. Balcony viewswere breathtaking. We couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you for having us as a guest in your home!!!

Great place!

Loved this place! Great gated community which gave that extra felling of being safe. Contact Maria was great at any issues we had and answered the phone when we had any issues(very small like how to operate stove,u need to use lighter and find the exact location of the property which is to the left right when you enter the gate) Place has everything you need like towels,blankets, pillows,internet, cookware,ect Highly recommend this place 👌

Absolutely amazing!!!

This resident was stunning. It hadms everything a family or group of friends need. The views are incredible. It is very safe and private. It is close proximity to eveything (beach, shops, restaurants, etc). The property owner was clear on everything. I will 100 percent be going back to this residence and recommending it to everyone. We couldn't be more happy with our stay!!

This was a beautiful residence only surpassed by the even more beautiful ocean view. Just as described on the website. Very clean and comfortably. The agent was always available. Unfortunately we were at the location during an island wide blackout. But the agent kept in touch and was available for anything we needed. Fortunately, we opened the sliding glass doors and were able to enjoy the cooling ocean breeze that evening. Water heater is solar. Highly recommend this residence and hope to visit again in the future.

Great Getaway

The house is equipped with essentials. We had a great time. The gated community is near a grocery store and Seven Seas (beach). AC is available in every room including living room. The driveway is on a slope which can be difficult to navigate up towards the back of the house. Also, the internet was slow. Despite that, it’s a great place.

Relax with a beautiful view of Fajardo beach

Everything was perfect, except the internet connection which was poor (1 -2 megabits/sec) . Unable to watch videos on more than 1 device The codes for entrace & exits of the gated community didn't work at all times. Once we called the owner of the house she was able to open the gates for us. One gate clicker was provided but we had 3 cars, which made it more challenging.

Beautiful and spacious

Overall, it was a great property with plenty of room, lovely fruit trees in the yard, comfortable beds, AC in every room. The kitchen is perfect for cooking for the family - a great rental for large families, very comfortable. NOTES: The Internet is 3/0.7 Mbps Up/Down, not high speed. The driveway is steep, park on the street side.The showers are on-demand, not a water tank, so be patient unless you like cold showers.

Great location, great house

The area and neighborhood was really nice and our driving to El Yunque, the beaches and other activities were all pretty short. The house was comfortable, spacious and the kitchen was nice. We knew ahead of time about the crazy driveway, so mostly parked in front. The giant windows along the back were cool for the view, but we were unable to lock them. Luckily it was 2nd floor and behind gates & fences. It's convenient to the local grocery stores too. All the ACs worked fine for us, but took a while to kick in with a very, very hot house when we arrived. Make sure to ask in advance if you need a late checkout. There was nobody coming in the day we left, but they still refused my late checkout request, which was really a pain. We would stay again.

Nice, quiet location

Property was clean and served as a great base for our first visit to PR. Beds were very comfortable. We rarely used the kitchen but most basics were provided. The only thing I noticed was lacking were baking dishes or cookie sheets for the oven. We had a few minor inconveniences but the host responded quickly. We had issues getting in at the community main gate with the clicker but no problems using the side gate for whatever reason. A couple of times we had issues with having any hot water no matter how long we let it run to heat up. We were told there is a solar water heater and running it for awhile should lead to hot water. I felt that wasn't always the case but it was our first experience with a solar hot water heater. The driveway was terribly steep. We had a larger SUV and decided that parking on the street in front of the home was way easier than trying to navigate the steep and narrow driveway every day. Overall, I would recommend this location.

Unfair

To start to get in the gated community took too long and I tried calling the owner several times and no answer not once. Then when we got in we see a sign on the wall saying the air conditioner is broke. It was very upsetting to all of us. The main reason we rented this place was for the space. However the owner told me we can put the mattress on the floor in the living room. That’s not what we need paid for. She knew this and never told me but asked me to take out the cleaning ladies trash left in the microwave. We couldn’t use both showers at the same time due to poor water system. It was the worst Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in and I’d never recommend it to anyone! I asked to be accommodated and owner argued no. Very rude and unprofessional. I actually will never use Vrbo again for this reason. And I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to either.

Lovely Property!!

NOTE TO TRAVELERS: 1) The condo is accessible from Calle las Flores, NOT from Calle Felipe II. You will not find the place if you rely on Google and the Calle Felipe II address. Look at the property photos and you will recognize the condo when you approach using Calle las aflores. 2) Do NOT access this property using the driveway to drive into the property or the the south gate of the community if you have a regular car!!!! The driveway has a steep incline designed by idiots. It tore up the air dam of our Hyundai Sonata. The road immediately after the south gate of the community also has a DEEP rain channel that will also tear up your car. Best to use east gate to enter. The speed bumps at Los Kioskos in Luquillo is also designed by the same idiots. They totally destroyed the underside of our car. NOW, REGARDING THE CONDO: We loved our stay here! The ocean views were great even though we were across the street from the marina. Maria was a great host and her housekeeper/superindendent (I'm so sad I forgot her name) is an absolute jewel! When she visited to take care of some minor repurs, she helped us with the lical sights and avtually drove me to the ferry terminal and back to get tickets to gonto Culebra. She is trultly a lovely person. We enjoyed our stay very much and recomend it to others.
