Perfect 4 Bed 3 Bath Villa in Los Balcones with Private Pool

This villa with private pool is located in the very prominent area of Los Balcones just a few minutes drive from Torrevieja. It's location is superb as you are only a 10 minute walk to the local commercial centre Filton where there are plenty of bars and a nice selection of restaurants to choose from. As well there is a full grocery store to stock the cupboards.

The villa is great for large families with four spacious bedrooms and 3 large bathrooms. There are two double bedrooms and two single bedrooms being great for families. The master bedroom has a private balcony to enjoy the evening and overlooks the private pool. The living room area is very spacious with two sofa's and a flat screen television with full UK TV package plus FREE WIFI. A separate large dining room will seat eight easily. Also a fully fitted kitchen to prepare whatever feast you wish! Outside the villa has a massive area for sunbathing, hosting parties or for the kids to play. A lovely terrace with canopy to relax on or BBQ by the private pool. The pool is larger than with most villas with plenty of room for all.

Torrevieja is just a few minutes drive away with plenty to see and do for both daytime fun and night time entertainment. An untold amount of places to eat or drink are on your doorstep! As well there are many other prominent areas nearby, Playa Flamenca, Villamartin, Cabo Roig and Campoamor. Nearby there are also plenty of championship golf courses to choose from, the largest shopping mall in Europe – Zenia Boulevard, numerous Blue Flag Beaches to choose from, markets galore and all within a few minutes drive or even walk-able. Whatever your pleasure is on holiday, this villa is located perfectly and will offer you anything you may wish, even if just wanting to lounge by the pool!

As with all In The Sun Holidays properties, a free starter pack of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, water and juice plus wine or sangria is included in your rental.

Lovely stay

Really spacious villa. Comfortable sofas and good location, and nice outdoor area. The place does need a good clean, needs new sun lounger mats, bathroom mats and toilet brushes. No dishwasher. Would expect this for the price.

Lovely, spacious villa and private pool. Very helpful management, any problems were sorted promptly.

Enjoy our stay, would come and stay again. Villa was a little unclean due to 3 months lockdown. Aircon was a god send! Shops, bars and restaurants was a 5 minute walk. Excellent management!

Los Balcones villa

Great villa great location air con a god send.Fridge could have been bigger and could have been colder.Comunication was great but had to wait half an hour for check in.Had problem with pool 2nd day but was sorted immediately. Overall a great villa and a fantastic holiday. Also owner let us have a later check out.

Excellent villa

Overall very pleasant stay, the external could have been maintained a little better, also not enough utensils for a family of seven. I.e. better & sharper utility knives.Air conditioning was poor in the ground floor bedrooms. These are little things that mattered to me and the family. However I would return

Our week in Los Balcones with the family was lovely but if it was my property I would have put king size (5’) beds in the two bedrooms instead of double (4’6”) and I would have changed the security (concertina style) gate at the front door (not the entrance door to the property ) of the house to a security grill which opens out to leave the space of the front door more open with mosquito screens on the security gate AND all the windows. Our family were all bitten badly by mosquitos. Also I would put a shelf in the showers to hold soap, shampoo etc at a height where you don’t have to bend down. I have back problems and found it really difficult to reach the soap on the wee skirting shelf at about four inches off the floor. The outside area was excellent as was the space inside. There was plenty of room for us two and our daughter, husband and three children. There was a dining table and enough chairs inside but the weather was so lovely, we ate outside all the time. If the owners took notice of what I have said this property would be absolutely perfect and I would not hesitate to come back again.

Schon bei der Übergabe wollte man von uns 140 anstatt 100 wie vertraglich vereinbart haben. Ein Schlafzimmer konte nicht genutzt werden, da beim einschalten der Klimaanlage die Sicherung raus flog. Im anderen tropfte diese, mussten hier ein Eimer unterstellen, da der versprochene Techniker nie erscheinte. Das Wlan funktionierte nicht und in der Küche sowie im Terrassenbereich waren schon am ersten Tag Kakerlaken. Wir hatten vor unsere Haustür direkt auf der Straße Müllcontainer zu stehen, in denen zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit der Müll entsorgt wurde.Die Sitzauflagen im Aussenbereich waren so dreckig, dass wir sie nicht nutzen konnten und lieber auf den blanken Stühlen saßen. Ich weiß nicht warum wir 100 für die Endreinigung bezahlen mussten, da die Wassehähne in allen Bereichen total verkalkt waren. Wir werden diese Anlage nie wieder buchen.

Normalerweise würde ich mich entschuldigen, aber nicht in diesem Fall. Alles, was Sie gesagt haben, ist nichts als Lügen. Sie kamen völlig betrunken an und fielen aus dem Auto, um zu starten. Das WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei und es gab nirgends Kakerlaken. Ihnen wurde kein Techniker versprochen. Auch in der Anzeige ist ein Preis klar angegeben. Vor allem haben Sie sich nie telefonisch gemeldet, um Ihre Beschwerden zu äußern. Sie waren also offensichtlich während Ihres Aufenthalts nicht wichtig. Gehen Sie einfach nach Hause und tauschen Sie sich aus. Bitte gehen Sie das nächste Mal woanders hin und vergessen Sie unsere Daten. Wir haben viele fantastische Bewertungen erhalten, die zeigen, wie sehr uns das Haus gefallen hat!

Limpieza deficitaria

La casa está muy bien, pero en cuanto a limpieza fatal: cristales sucios, polvo en los muebles, cucarachas en cocina y baños, algunas sábanas con mal olor, mantas sucias, almohadas de terraza sucias; además no funcionan algunos aires acondicionados, la lavadora no centrifuga ni desagua, el DVD no funciona... El resto muy bien, precio de alquiler y ubicación.

Primero, cuando llegaste, te dijeron que si tenías algún problema para que nos contactes de inmediato, no lo hiciste, así que supongo que los problemas no eran importantes. ¡Esperó hasta el día antes de irse para intentar que le reembolsaran el dinero de la limpieza! Las ventanas probablemente estaban sucias debido a la lluvia esa mañana, por la cocina entró una cucaracha que no estaba, tenemos estas en España que ya sabes como eres español. Todas las sábanas y balnkets se lavan profesionalmente. Todos los acondicionadores de aire funcionaron y fueron probados antes de su llegada, nuevamente no se comunicó con nosotros. Además, la lavadora funciona bien, estuviste aquí 3 días, ¿trajiste tu ropa de casa para lavar? Lo siento, pero si se hubiera puesto en contacto con nosotros según las instrucciones, NO habría tenido problemas. Sugiero que la próxima vez que desee un lugar de fiesta de Nochevieja, alquile un hotel.

La casa es bonita

La casa está muy bien, lo mejor es la piscina. El Wi-Fi fatal, casi no hay señal y tuvimos problemas al conectar. La televisión no hay antena, va por satélite y sólo hay canales en inglés. Fatal. La limpieza muy mal, me cobraron nada más entrar por la limpieza y eso que en la web no pone que la limpieza se pague aparte, y nos encontramos la casa sucia y sin limpiar. Fatal!!. Un robo!!! Aun estoy esperando que me devuelvan la fianza y dejamos la casa bien. Para cobrar muy listos son pero para devolver la fianza no. Ya ha pasado 15 días, me dijeron que en una semana me lo devolvería. Mentira! Me parece fatal. Y muchas cucarachas por la noche. Por lo demás muy bien, disfrutamos de la casa sobre todo la piscina y está muy cerca del centro de Torrevieja. La estancia aceptable. No volveré a contratar los servicios Vrbo.

Raquel, Se anuncia que la villa tiene televisión en inglés, NO en español. También se anuncia que la limpieza de final de estancia se paga por separado a la llegada. ¡Obviamente no leyó la descripción de la villa que alquiló! ¡Quizás deberías leer la próxima vez! A su llegada le dijeron que si tiene algún problema que nos informe para que podamos solucionarlo, NUNCA INFORMÓ. El depósito lo retiene VRBO y lo devuelven, NO al propietario. El único problema que nos informó fueron las cucarachas y estuvimos allí de inmediato para solucionarlo. Como acababa de llover antes de tu llegada, sí que salen, ¡pero deberías saberlo viviendo en España! Me alegro de que le haya gustado la piscina y tal vez debería elegir hotel las próximas vacaciones.
