For the shopper, the nearby venues of Silver Sands Factory Outlet Stores, Shops at Sandestin / Grand Boulevard or Destin Commons can keep you occupied for hours upon hours. Want to take in a movie, visit the theaters at Destin Commons or Grand Boulevard. You could even take a short drive to the infamous Seaside Community for sightseeing and additional shopping.

Try deep sea fishing in the renowned "Luckiest fishing village in the world", Destin, Florida. We are local owners once removed from previous professions. We chose to enter the arena of vacation rental properties and thoroughly enjoy it. We have a second property located at Summerspell Condominiums (#310), also in Miramar Beach, Florida, and have been blessed and honored by it's success. We pride ourselves on providing our guests with a clean and comfortable place to spend their vacation and intend on maintaining that very same principle. Our goal is to have our "rental guests" leave as new "friends". We sincerely hope to include you.
