Parrot Hall is a luxurious 8 bedroom 1930's "Old Florida" waterfront villa located in the exclusive Las Olas Isles that is restored to perfection. Gorgeous tropically landscaped resort style pool area, 18x36 heated salt water pool. Dine al fresco in the pool house. The property has 8 bedrooms, many with sitting areas and verandas. Expansive living and dining areas both inside and out High end finishes and furnishings and attention to detail make this property feel like a luxury boutique hotel. Walk to beach, fine dining and nightlife on charming Las Olas Blvd. This property is ideal for a group or family that seeks to share a spectacular property but still have wonderful separation and privacy. The dock will accommodate up to an 80 ft. yacht. Full shore power, deep water, no fixed bridges for easy ocean access. This is an entirely NON-SMOKING property.

Family Weekend

We had a great time at the Parrot House! The communication and flexibility with the owner was Amazing. The property was perfect and well stocked for our group of 10 we enjoyed the spaciousness of the home and relaxed by pool everyday! Highly recommend.

Great family vacation

Great getaway in FL!

Property is great with a ton of bedrooms and bathrooms. Checkin and checkout was a breeze and the backyard with the pool and dock is amazing! It was great that there were so many towels provided and that all the bathrooms were stocked with soap, shampoo, etc..

Gorgeous, roomy and pristine home!

This is a beautifully decorated home that had everything you would need for a relaxing vacation. Impeccably clean, "Old Florida" styled home, quiet street and very comfortable for our party of nine women. Very close to beach and fantastic restaurants. We loved the pool and spent most of our time there.

Great location for a girls weekend in Ft. Lauderdale

This property was beautiful and well appointed. There was plenty of space and privacy for me and my 16 guests. The pool was a wonderful feature as well. The host was very kind, accommodating and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful spacious home conveniently located

The home was beautiful and spacious, as depicted on the listing. The location is unbeatable being conveniently situated near Las Olas and the beach, but tucked away on a beautiful neighborhood street. The home is well equipped with typical household appliances and items for convenience and the host Bill was helpful and responsive answering questions.

We had a wonderful time!! The number of bedrooms and sitting rooms made it perfect for a family reunion. Spent a lot of time in the pool! Bill was very responsive and accommodating.

Fabulous Family Reunion

We all had a terrific time in this fabulous home. We cooked most of our meals in, and had everything we needed for a large group to eat and be together. Perfect home for a large group. We loved it!

You won't be disappointed!

I can't say enough good things about Parrot Hall. Beautiful, spacious (11 of us shared the home with plenty of room to spare) and the perfect location (walking distance to everything you need), you won't be disappointed! The salt water pool was great, too!

Excellent stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Parrot Hall. It is in a fabulous location with a ton of character. The families and chikdren we went with made memories for a lifetime. The many rooms allows for everyone to space out and enjoy alone time as well. The owner could not have been more accommodating or friendly. We will definitely be back!

Great Place for an extended family reunion

The house was perfect for a big extended family group. Kitchen was amazingly well stocked. Location is perfect not far from beach and the shopping and restaurants on Los Olas in a beautiful neighborhood. Although the house was great for a big group like ours (8 adults and 8 "kids" in their early 20's) the decor is a bit tired and the house is a bit worn. But it's large and clean and the backyard pool area is really nice.

Overall, the property was great for our family. Tons of space for large family and the property manager was wonderful with communication and follow through. Only drawback is the house is a bit dated and there were several dead bugs inside the house (which is better than live bugs).

Best house off of Las Olas

Seven moms and seven kids rented this wonderful house last week. It’s within a mile walking to the beach and 1 mile to the cute shopping district of Fort Lauderdale. The house is huge and slept the 14 of us very, very comfortably. The pool is amazing….So nice to be right on the canal! we will recommend this to all of our friends back home! LOVED IT!

We enjoyed our stay at this well equipped home. Kids thoroughly enjoyed afternoons in the pool and the neighborhood is a nice quiet escape from the crowds of spring break. We left some clothes behind which the host sent us promptly.

Ideal for relaxation!!

The house is a perfect balance of privacy and group spaces. The multiple bedrooms are all lovely and comfortable (and spacious), while the public spaces offer great options for relaxing, whether by the pool, as a large dinner party or playing games. The pool area is perfect with both covered and uncovered areas, tons of seating and a lovely and quiet view of the canal. Also, if you are a cook, it is one of the best stocked vacation rental I've ever been t, with a fabulous grill.

Great Family Getaway

Loved this house! It had great south Florida charm and plenty of space for everyone to relax. There was a minor issue at check in, but William was very responsive and solved the issue right away. My whole family loved the house and there was plenty of space for all 15 of us. We were looking for a relaxing getaway to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday and everyone had a great time. The house is perfectly located between Las Olas and the beach, so you can walk everywhere.

The villa was built by famed Florida architect Russell Pancoast in 1938. He is the same architect who built the Surf Club in Miami Beach along with numerous other well known landmarks. The spectacular setting on 100 feet of waterfront in the Las Olas Isles and the vintage details and scale of the home drew us in. The Las Olas Isles is the premier location in Fort Lauderdale and the combination of water, yachts, palm trees and multi- million dollar villas is the perfect backdrop to enjoy a fabulous vacation.
