Located a very short distance from both the Scarborough and Roger Wheeler State Beaches. A wonderful and spacious 4 bedroom home equipped with two queen sized beds and two full sized beds and two living areas to enjoy. Beat the summer heat with central A/C at this property. This property is on a low trafficked cul-de-sac and has a spacious backyard and deck for you to enjoy the beautiful Narragansett weather!

In regard to the recent COVID-19 outbreak, we wish to remind renters that the property will be cleaned thoroughly in between rental reservations to ensure sanitation.

Great Stay

Nice house. Open concept kitchen/dining/living. Updated kitchen was nice. Good sized bedrooms. Overall great stay.

Great location - comfortable rental

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent here again. PROs - Great location, spacious house. Close to Stop & Shop, restaurants, beaches, Adventureland (mini golf, go carts, batting cages, bumper boats, etc.). Weber grill, washer/ dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven were all fine. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking. Nice yard. Two TV/living areas were convenient. Great water pressure. CONs - having to bring our own sheets and towels. I would have preferred to pay $50 more and have them included. We ended up buying sheets through Amazon for about the same as the rental charge for linens would have been. The kitchen counter could use an upgrade/replacement and a working ice maker in fridge would have been nice. Fireplace tiles could use some repair/replacement. However, overall this was a very nice and comfortable rental. We would definitely return here.
