Nice area, close to everything. 15 miles south of Seatac airport.
High standard of cleanliness, disinfecting. furnishings are nice look good.

We were visiting for a regional swim championships. Location was great. It’s only a 10 minute drive. The house was super comfortable, especially the beds, which all had Tempur-pedic mattress toppers. Tim, the manager, was very helpful anytime I had a question and usually got back to me within 10 minutes.. I would definitely stay here again!

Summer vacation in Seattle

It felt very home like and comfortable. Lots of kitchen tools to make most meals and finding the baby gate was a bonus. Will recommend to friends. Especially enjoyed it was close to every major store or restaurant.

Great spot for small groups

The backyard is a beautiful oasis everyday for coffee! As a family of 4, we probably needed that 2nd toilet (it's a 1.25 bath), but the ease of the bedroom and bathroom area made it doable. The full kitchen is terrific! We enjoyed how quickly you could get around the area from this location.

One bathroom, upstairs. Planes from SeaTac start in early morning until late at night. Kitchen short of silverware, only four forks, spoons. On and on.

This is a nice property. There is only one bathroom, although on VRBO it's listed as two bathrooms. Bedrooms are upstairs with a living room, small kitchen and eating area downstairs. Garden is lovely and a nice place to hang out. There was lots of construction going on while we were there, there is a new housing development going on behind the property, so it was a little noisy from 7:00 to 4:00 p.m. You definitely do get airport noise in the evening with jets going over every few minutes. House was really clean, the owner, Tim was a very nice person and it's awesome to any requests we had. We had a pleasant 2 weeks in Federal Way while visiting family. The place is pet friendly which is a definite plus and the yard is fenced in so the dog is quite safe.

Nice place to stay

We stayed here for 13 nights with our three kids and everything was awesome! It is a very clean, comfortable, fully equipped home located in a quiet place about 20-30 minutes drive to Seattle and Tacoma attractions. Tim was very hospitable and helpful, he promptly responded all our requests.

Convenient last-minute refuge for a family!

We booked this rental under short notice because we had to move out of our home earlier than we intended to and needed to stay in the area. This cozy home was in a pretty convenient spot and worked really well for our needs. Our host Tim was very hospitable and accommodating and always responded to messages promptly. We had to modify our booking and extend our stay, and he made the experience hassle-free. Definitely recommend this space for any person or family who need to stay close to the Seattle area.

Thanksgiving Blessing!

Thanks to Tim and his townhouse, we were able to meet up with our youngest daughter, husband and children before they left for an assignment in Korea. It was a very special Thanksgiving that would not have been possible without "the kitchen with every possible tool" and Tim's home with plenty of space!!

All the basic comforts and a full kitchen with suburban location close to many metro area stores. Central location in south Puget Sound makes it great for families or several folks. We were 3 guys in the area for scuba event and could not have picked a better place as it was only a 5 minutes drive from our site to the dive site at beautiful Redondo Beach. Will certainly stay again when this event is again scheduled.
