The open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen on the second floor are perfect for gathering everyone together. Step out onto the upper deck for unforgettable meals under the stars!

With all three bedrooms tucked away downstairs, little ones can sleep peacefully while the rest of the group enjoys a cozy evening by the fire. The primary bedroom features a King bed, flat-screen TV, and direct access to the lower deck, where you can savor your morning coffee in peace. Wind down with a soak in your private hot tub after the kids are in bed—it’s the perfect way to end the day! Two guest bedrooms each offer comfy Queen beds and flat-screen TVs, with a shared bathroom that includes a tub/shower combo.

For added fun, challenge the family to a ping pong match or hop on one of the three Big Dog bikes for a scenic ride through Sunriver. It is a very nice house. The upper floor, the living space, is spacious and light filled when the blinds are open. Deer hang out near the front deck. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much.

Good location within Sunriver. Nice lower deck. House was super clean and well stocked with paper products. Spacious house— very nice kitchen and living room. Master bedroom spacious as well. Communication with Bennington properties was excellent. Had air conditioning issue—it was addressed within a few hours!

Remember this one...

Good location...minutes to the Village and Lodge. Very comfortable and super clean. One of the cleanest homes I've stayed in in Sunriver. And really appreciate that it's dog-friendly. Great weekend.

October 2019 Stay

Really enjoyed it. Actually coming back for three days this week. The best thing is the hot tub is completely private. Very nice place well stocked. The only small con, is the living room TV is a little small.

Family Get Together

We had six adults and one dog staying at the house. We had plenty of room for all of us. Sunriver is a very peaceful resort close to Bend, but with shops and restaurants within the resort if you don't want to travel far. The house is in a quieter spot with lovely walking paths along the river or through the golf course area. Beds were all comfortable, and the house was well stocked.

Sunriver fun

We enjoyed our stay. Good size bedrooms, magnificent decks and good location. Wish there was a half bath on upper level. Bikes were a nice addition so was a ping pong table. King size mattress should be replaced as it wasn’t too comfortable to sleep on. We will be back.

Our Vacation Was a 10!

3 Rogue was an excellent home base for our three-generation girls vacation. The house was well-stocked and very comfortable. Rogue Lane is perfectly located to enjoy the river, the River Loop, the Fort Rock Park, Marina and the Stables. We used the “home bikes” but will probably rent bikes next time. Bennington Properties represented the property accurately. Staff were responsive and very easy to work with. We look forward to our return in 2025, scheduling 2 weeks instead of one! Thank you for making our stay a “10”!

Great home!

The property was just as indicated. Very clean and really comfortable beds. Internet was strong and TVs were surprisingly easy to work…no crazy remote issues. It was also very quiet. There are 2 really nice balconies but we had lots of snow pack still, so weren’t able to take advantage. One note is that there are lots of stairs. It was great for us…mini workout, but for those who are not as mobile take note. Overall, really great rental experience.

Holiday getaway

Comfortable living space. Well stocked kitchen. Great natural light with plenty of windows in great room area... Beds were comfortable. Pleasant outside area. Lovely decks but too cold out this time of year to enjoy them. Management responded to our concerns quickly and were pleasant with text messages. We were disappointed with check in time of 5 pm and check out of 10 am. I admittedly did not request late check out greater than 24 hrs before departure as per guidelines. Overall a very pleasant time with my family.

This was a very comfy and clean home with everything we needed. My only complaint is that there are no bathrooms on the main floor. Not a deal breaker but a bit inconvenient during the day.

Mount Bachelor trip with dogs

Very nice house in a pretty quiet neighborhood. Easy to take dogs for walks on the paved path. Would gladly stay here again. I think in the description it says there is a wood fireplace, but now it is gas, which worked great. Nice stay!

Nice snow vacation

Enjoyed our winter break, snowy stay in Sunriver. The windows in the upper level really give the living space great ambience. Only thing to be mindful of is there are no bathrooms on the top level where the living room, dining room, and kitchen are located on the top floor. For those with mobility challenges,it can be difficult with the stairs.

Wonderful!

We stayed for a few days and had a great time. This property is older, but was SPOTLESS and wonderfully appointed with everything we needed (including a high chair, pack and play, baby gate, and fans for each room.) The kitchen is well stocked with lots of things, so check before you go shopping. We’ll likely stay here again!

Excellent Dog trip

The house was very clean and well appointed with a gas grill, kitchen included a waffle maker! The paths were great for dog walks and we were close to snow parks that were dog friendly. By the last day our Golden was tired and didnt run and roll in the snow- she was too tired.

Great winter weekend escape

We found out upon arrival that this property has a wood fireplace -- and were relieved to find plenty of wood in the garage as well as firestarters from the property managers. Wonderful heat in the home, close to skiing (why we came), a private hot tub that was clean and at the perfect temp for enjoying after ski days. We had a great long weekend!
