Cozy home with Wi-Fi, SHARC passes, and private hot tub

Comfortable and warm 3 BR 2 BA home with all that Sunriver has to offer. This home features exposed log accents and all the modern comforts, complete with a well-equipped kitchen, greatroom, newer furniture throughout, and sundeck in back with BBQ, plenty of outdoor furniture, and newer hot tub. The home has two flat screen TVs with cable, wi-fi, DVD collection, games, at least ten bikes, eight SHARC passes, an oversize large two-car garage with ping pong and foosball tables, and a large driveway with parking for at least six cars. The home is conveniently situated in a very quiet cul-de-sac that provides a great place for kids to ride bikes. The home is off Circle 4 and very close to Fort Rock Park (about a five-minute bike ride).

The kitchen has everything you will need to make delicious complete meals or quick snacks so you can get back outside to enjoy activities at Sunriver. Start your day by using the Keurig coffee maker. Many windows throughout bring the outside in and provide you with a front row view of the deer, birds, squirrels, and other wildlife that frequently stop by.

The upstairs level features a large master bedroom with its own separate bathroom, a king bed, a bunk bed, and plenty of closet space for your things. In addition to the greatroom, dining room, and kitchen, on the main level you will find two bedrooms with newer queen beds, a large bathroom with tub/shower, and a large separate laundry room.

All of the amenities of Sunriver are a short walk or bike ride away, including the SHARC for swimming and tubing, lazy river, water slides, tennis, pickleball, disc golf, and basketball. Bring your helmets for biking on some of the best paths around, taking you to unbeatable views of the river, mountains, and meadows. Sunriver golf is legendary, so bring your clubs. Float the Deschutes River on rented equipment or bring your own. Ride horses or visit the Nature Center and Observatory. Bring your camera for stunning mountain, meadow, river, and wildlife photography. Stargaze on stunningly clear Central Oregon nights on the back deck or relax by the woodstove to get ready for another wonderful day at Sunriver.

Fantastic Home

Everything we needed

This house was ideal for our spring break getaway. It had everything we needed: a clean, well-stocked kitchen, and a layout that was perfect for our family, with many thoughtful touches that made our stay easy and relaxing. While the hot tub was a bit cooler than expected, which was disappointing, the kids loved having the SHARC pass for an afternoon of swimming. The house also had plenty of games, a ping pong table, and bikes in the garage, keeping the kids entertained throughout our stay.

Great Location & Amenities

I utilized the space for an officer retreat for school students and appreciated the space and location that this place offered. My students enjoyed being able to play pong, soak in the hot tube, ride bikes, and go to the Sharc. I appreciated the quiet location and big table for group planning. The house was well equipped and we greatly enjoyed our stay.

Family Time

We had 5 + 1 dog in our group but the house can easily accommodate more. Kitchen is well stocked which was nice because we like to cook together. Check in was super easy and communication was good.

Great family home

This is a great home for a family. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all connected together so its great for entertaining. The BBQ is hooked up to gas and the patio is in good condition (no concerns for slivers) the kitchen is large and stocked very well. Nice everything. which isn't seen much in rental homes.

Very comfortable and very well equipped....only negative if that was the sun rises early..and current draperies/blinds were pretty skimmpy.....but otherwise it was perfect with deer visits throughout the day.

Fantastic Sunriver vacation home!

We were so happy with our stay at Cultus 17! It was super clean, very nicely decorated, everything worked great, and it is by far the best stocked kitchen of any rental (and we’ve stayed in a lot over 20+ years). The AC is not the strongest, but it wasn’t that hot during our stay. Communication was great, but there was no need to contact anyone during our stay as everything was great. Highly recommend!

Very Clean and Comfortable Home

Our stay at 17 Cultus Lane was very enjoyable. The house and furnishings are very clean and quite comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, the floor plan is great and the driveway larger than many (which is great during reunions). There is even an extra frig in the garage, and a compressor to inflate tires! I'd be very happy renting this home again.

Lovely stay for large group

Sunriver was beautiful with the snow only enhanced by the home's fireplace and hot tub! Perfect accommodations for nine of us, including three children. Owner was extremely responsive and timely with my questions. Sure wish we would have been able to stay longer. Would be fabulous to revisit in the summer! Only mishap was the missing reservation and keys upon arrival. However, Sunriver lodging staff were gracious in helping us out on Thanksgiving day.

This place had everything you could possibly need. My family enjoyed ping pong, foosball, hot tub and bikes. Beds were great. I would have given this place a 5 star but upon arrival we found pizza crust on the bed and a cookie and gum on the floor. Maybe better cleaning help is needed.

Very comfortable place to stay for our family get together!

I thought this home worked very well for us. We loved the quiet street where our kids could safely ride bikes around the circle. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck for lunch and dinner. The garage was well stocked for fun activities and a game closet for inside activities! The kitchen was pretty well stocked. We do all our own cooking and found most of what we need. We could have used more kitchen towels and another sponge to wash dishes. We had a great time!
