This is our second time to stay at this place. We really enjoy the location being close to the University. Love walking to the coffee shop on the corner as well.

Observations

Our stay for a month was an enjoyable experience even though the weather did not cooperate the first week. We liked the area especially Port Aransas and Mustang Island. Our host Susan was most helpful and welcoming along with her cleaning crew who did an excellent job. Being 2 blocks from the Bay of Corpus Christi added to the holiday.

Visiting elderly parents

This rental was ideal for our needs. My wife has early onset dementia and gets easily confused and overwhelmed in hotels or motels, but this place was clean, well-appointed, and felt like home, providing her with a peaceful stay. We travel to Corpus several times a year so she can visit her father, who also has dementia. They still recognize each other and enjoy their time together. Since moving closer isn’t an option for us, finding such a comfortable, homey rental was perfect.

Excellent property, highly recommend.

The home was exactly as described and pictured. The home truly is well appointed and I don’t imagine you’d need to pack anything except for clothes to stay there! My host was attentive but not overbearing at all and I really enjoyed my stay. I will be back in the future for sure. The location is perfect what I go to Corpus to do, which is kitesurfing.

Adorable Beach Cottage

Coastal Escape cottage was absolutely adorable. The cottage is just as listed in the ad and in close proximity to TAMU CC, Texas State Aquarium, Corpus Christi Museum, and the USS Lexington, along with all the adorable and clean parks located along Ocean Drive. You will not be disappointed with the location of the cottage especially with a coffee house just a short walk away. Check in and check out was a breeze and communication with Dr. Jack and Susan were on point. Thank you for such a wonderful stay especially for going the extra mile and placing snacks in the cottage for our visit while in Corpus Christi. We appreciate your hospitality We enjoyed our visit with our student and we look forward to future visits in the Corpus Christi area. Florinda Lewis

Quaint and clean duplex

Me and my son stayed comfortably here and I would definitely check into staying in the future. The host went above and beyond accommodating us. Very thorough instructions for everything. The only thing I didn’t expect was a window unit in the bedroom. We stayed cool and comfortable, but one night heard the other tenant talking in the backyard due to the window unit. Very clean and kitchen was fully equipped!

Comfortable Corpus Cottage

It was small but cozy and comfortable. Everything plus some that we would need was there and clean. We enjoyed exploring all the quaint decorations, my favorite was little knomes placed here and there. When we come visit Corpus again, we will definitely be staying here. Host were fabulous and so nice. Great assortment of books and games to enjoy while your there.

First time guests @ Evolve

Our stay at Coastal Escape was very nice. Very clean and mostly everything was stocked down to delicious snacks everywhere. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend anyone to stay here. The only thing that was needed was the yard to be mowed. Planning on having a nite out and start the pit but grass was to high. We recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect Coastal Retreat

We originally booked this property, and were very much looking forward to it. It’s part of a duplex. I had tried to review the attached unit (which is the unit the property owners upgraded us to), a 2-bedroom/1bath, but that review was not published. The unit we stayed in was perfectly appointed with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable, and central to Corpus Christi so we were within a few minutes’ drive to everything we wanted to see. The property owners were very responsive and attentive to any questions we had (we didn’t have many), and they provided lists of places we might be interested in seeing and restaurants where we might enjoy dining. We will definitely keep this place at the top of our favorites list for this area.

Loved the cute house and it was fully stocked with anything you may need. It's about 5 minutes from Texas A&M CC if you have a student there. We met the owners and they are lovely people. We will be staying again whenever we need to be in Corpus Christi. Thank you for the great time!

The Perfect place at the perfect location

I stayed here four days to help my daughter settle in to Texas A&M CC. The location was five minutes from campus, 90 seconds from her place, and one minute walk to a lovely coffee hop and convenience store. The place was immaculate, modern, and comfortable.

The property was as listed, very inviting and superbly decorated with beautiful pictures, furniture and every imaginable amenities you could think of. Conveniently located with easy access to the freeway, in a lovely neighborhood. We will stay here again!

Cozy getaway

This was the perfect getaway house for our Corpus Christi vacation. It is conveniently located to be a 15 minute drive from the beaches on Padre Island and from downtown Corpus Christi activities. The hosts have thought of everything you may need to make your stay comfortable. They provide snacks; popcorn; tea; coffee; a water purifying pitcher in the refrigerator; books; several options for shampoo, conditioner, & body wash; very nice bed linens, towels, & wash clothes; even perfumes & colognes. They have a lovely flower bed near the front door & artwork throughout the house. The hosts provide info about local activities and restaurants. They are very easy and responsive to communication. After we checked out and left, they quickly let me know that the cleaning team found a necklace that I had left behind, so I was able to go back and pick it up since we had not left town yet. Overall, we had a great vacation, and staying in this house was a large factor in making it great. We will stay there again when we visit Corpus Christi.

What a Joy

This little one bedroom duplex was perfect. We have stayed at many rentals around the world and this little place was one of the. We’ve been traveling back and forth to Texas to visit relatives and usually staying at doubletree or residence inn for decades. Not anymore. When visiting Corpus this will always be our first choice going forward. In addition to a wonderfully communicative owner and fantastically equipped property, the house is in a quiet neighborhood so you don’t have to ever deal with traffic if you don’t want to. The hotels are all in noisy and busy areas of town. There is a great coffee shop walking distance but we never even got there because the coffee at the house was so good and so easy. From the outside the house is pretty plain, but step in and see a home with adorable decorations, great layout, comfy new bed, and soft luxurious towels. Also kept nice and cool in an extreme heat wave. What a joy

Beautiful, cozy, and safe
