Two bedroom apartment located on one of the most desirable areas in Rincon, walking distance to Steps Beach and the Marina.

The unit is facing the street, this is not a beachfront property but you can see the water from the outdoor areas. For your relaxation there is an outdoor hammock and sitting area. The public access to the beach is on the street adjacent to the property.
