This place is perfect! We couldn’t have asked for anything better for our stay. The house is beautiful, very clean and spacious and exactly what we needed with all of the rooms except one having king beds. We were actually on motorcycles so we had 8 bikes there and all of them fit into the garage with no issues. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Oasis and would most definitely book here again if we were ever back in the area!

The house is located within a resort which offers other amenities for your enjoyment. I especially enjoyed the lap pool. The house is spacious, the bedrooms are large and all of them have en suite bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked and Publix is a short drive away to fill up the refrigerator with goodies. The garage contains beach toys for tots. There is a lovely boardwalk to use to get to the beach and a lot of space for playing in the sand. There are many rocks in the water so it’s not great for swimming but a beautiful State Park beach is a short drive away if you’re looking to swim in the ocean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The house was well stocked with amenities which was really nice; however, I felt that this house has been neglected when it comes to cleaning and maintenance. For example, the stove top was cracked and the fridge had damage. Additionally, for the price paid and cleaning fees charged, the house was not very clean. Bedding had to be changed immediately, showers had black residue, more dishes were found dirty than clean, etc.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation here. The large house with 7 large bedrooms and private pool met all of our needs and the short stroll to the beach is along a very pleasant walkway. We would definitely stay at this house again for another family vacation at the beach.

Spacious, Comfortable Home with Responsive Host

We had a great stay at this home. It was beautiful, well-furnished, and had a perfect layout for our family. The number of beds was more than sufficient, and the kitchen was stocked with nice amenities that made cooking easy. If I had the option, I would give this 4.5 stars.There were a few minor hiccups worth noting, mostly around maintenance and cleaning. We arrived a little after 6 p.m. and the cleaners were still there. Not a huge deal, but after a 9-hour drive with a baby, my family was ready to get inside and had to wait about 10 minutes. We were also told there were towels in the dryer that still needed to be folded.The house overall was in great condition, but there are a few small signs of wear and tear—some scuffs on the wall paint, a toilet that you needed to hold the handle down to flush, and dirty tracks on the sliding glass doors in the main living room that could use more attention during cleaning. The pool had sand in it when we arrived, and although we never saw anyone come by to clean it, it didn’t affect our enjoyment too much. The hot tub didn’t heat initially, but the owner was very responsive and guided us to flip the breaker to get it working.One night, the handle on the sliding glass door to the patio broke off when we tried to come inside. My dad, who’s pretty handy, looked at it and noticed it appeared to have been repaired before. We let the owner know, and someone came out the next day to fix it, which we appreciated.Lastly, one suggestion for future guests: it would be helpful to have at least one larger skillet in the kitchen. There are only smaller ones, which made cooking for a group a little more time-consuming.All in all, it was a lovely stay. The minor issues didn’t overshadow the many positives.

We had a great time at this beautiful home. Location was great and the walk to the beach was easy and only took a few minutes to get to it. Having extra beach towels, beach chairs and toys for the kids provided at the house was also a huge plus! We had plenty of room to be together and different spaces throughout the home to do our own thing. The balconies were also nice to sit on to enjoy the breeze and view. I had to contact the owner about a few minor things and they were quick to respond and wonderful to talk with. We really enjoyed our stay!!!

Our family of 13 found the perfect fit in this incredible home. The well-equipped kitchen made meal preparation a breeze. Everyone raved about the comfortable beds and the convenience of having their own bathrooms. We made it a daily habit to enjoy the pool and spa. Excellent!

We loved this house! We booked it for our annual family vacation - it was spacious and very comfortable for us - 8 adults and 4 children. The gated community was beautiful! The beach was easy to get to-a short walk along a boardwalk, and the only street to cross was a sleepy neighborhood street. Check in and check out was very easy also.We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful House

This house is so beautiful and the location was great! The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen and that long table were awesome! There were a few things that could have easily been fixed that would make this home perfect. We did call about a couple items that were fixed immediately, but things like broken sliding door handles, smoke detector hanging out of the ceiling, router and wires hanging out of the wall, faucet in the kitchen hanging loose. Things that just seemed to be ignored. A handyman could knock out these items in no time. Having said that, we enjoyed our stay so much. Loved hanging out in the pool, the short walk to the beach, and the visits to all the surrounding touristy places!

We absolutely loved this house and had plenty of space for the eight of us. It was well stocked, very comfortable beds, and plenty of comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture. The pools were very warm and inviting and the walk to the beach was short. Highly recommend!

Not worth the price!!!

I was thrilled to book this luxury rental for our daughter’s wedding weekend, expecting it to be perfect for family traveling in from across the country. While I didn’t mind the high price if it met expectations, the stay was disappointing. Shortly after check-in, the owner informed me the hot tub wasn’t working and the pool was leaking—issues mentioned in previous reviews. This was a major letdown.The towels were basic and insufficient for all the bathrooms. The freezer barely opened, the ice maker didn’t work, and there was a large trash can in the kitchen with no bags provided. Toiletries were comparable to those at a budget motel, not a luxury property.Construction was ongoing next door and across the street. While not the owner’s fault, this should have been disclosed given the premium price. Check-in was another hassle. Though I requested an early check-in and received confirmation, security had no record of our reservation. Adding family members to the gate list caused more confusion, leading to access being denied for one group.Overall, this experience fell far short of what was promised, making it a disappointing and frustrating stay during an important family event.

Everything was as promised! I would recommend this property anytime. If you have a lot of couples, wow 7 King Bedrooms. Everything was clean and nice.

Absolutely Wonderful!

We stayed in this house over Memorial Day weekend and it was a perfect oasis for our family reunion. We had 8 adults and 3 children and were able to spread out nicely. House furnishings were lovely. The house was well stocked with both kitchen and beach items. Had a blast in the pool and hot tub also. Owner was extremely helpful. All in all a beautiful property and a perfect vacation!

Great for family gathering

The property is large enough to accommodate a large family gathering very comfortably. We all thought the beds were very comfortable! Loved the close proximity to the ocean. Property hosts are quick to respond to any questions. We would book this again.

Great Place

We had a family function staying here. The house was very comfortable with plenty of places to enjoy each other's company. The design of the house is fabulous. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The walk to the beach was fun multiple times of the day.
