Summer Weekend

Great location within walking distance to restaurants, coffee, shops, and convenience stores. As well as beach/water and walkable to the nearby park/marina.

Very nice location

Very nice unit, a bit dated on interior but overall it was exactly what was needed. Boyne City was busy that weekend, but I had a wonderful time and always nice to have a very clean place to come back to after being out and about all day long.

Lovely Stay on Lake Charlevoix

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was nice and clean. Had a very nice stay until we were approached by a co owner of the property at our private patio and wea told there was no smoking on the entire property. We do not smoke inside obviously. I thought she was rude and invasive.

A slice of paradise.

Wonderful spot to enjoy Lake Charlevoix. A bit of a mix up about having my small kayak trailer on the premises. The girl in the management office let me know that there had been "complaints". I took care of it at the Boyne City Boat Yard at a cost of $10 per day (Charlie and Tanner there were wonderful). Please make sure that future guests know about this rule.

Gorgeous lake views!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is on the main floor and has gorgeous lake views and sunsets. It was so super relaxing to walk out, right to the beach, or to sit and watch the stars at night. The inside was filled with charming antiques and a lot of special decor. Roomy and cozy. The kids just loved swimming at sunset. It was great walking distance to some restaurants and stores. Truly peaceful and a great spot to stay! Close driving to Charlevoix and Petosky.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: two negatives: Initial room identification at checkin was third fl while my confirmation notices were requested unit 109. After reluctantly accepting my proof, checkin clerk assigned me unit 110. That unit was very acceptable to me except that bath sink faucet was difficult to use. Also, had to experiment to find which switch worked on which light (one appeared to operate nothing).

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love being on the water and have been to water street inn many times. We are usually last minute so if we can’t get the room we want we end up with 110. We didn’t leave a tip for the cleaners because it wasn’t clean. The rugs in the kitchen are very dirty. . It hasn’t been changed in a very long time ! It felt very dirty. The tub in the bathroom is very dirty. The wall paper and the furniture is very old and needs updating. You can’t see in the mirror in the bedroom. People might like the outdated look... I don’t know. Actually we left a note if you were ever interested in selling. We would gut it and updated it top to bottom.
