Located on a quiet, private point on Fox Lake, you’ll enjoy peace and serenity the moment you drive up the private road. The views of the lake from the brand-new composite wrap around deck, 2nd floor master bedroom deck or the large, patio block fire pit are second to none. This home is the place to be for the best, most amazing sunsets over beautiful Fox Lake. The inside of the home boasts an open floor plan on the main floor. Even if it rains, you can still view the lake while in the open kitchen / living / dining room from the large picture window. Please note, the pictured wood burning fireplace cannot be used by guests for safety reasons. The home’s layout allows room for togetherness during your stay. The entire home is completely updated and has every amenity imaginable. The downstairs, finished basement, is open for your use and completely furnished with a large bar area with 1 large screen TV for game day, laundry area, desk and living area with patio doors leading to a walk out to the lake. You can’t escape the views in this home! The finished basement also has a new, double, high-quality futon with a thick, memory foam mattress for extra sleeping space and the privacy of one’s own floor of the home. “Serenity on the Point” also offers 3 other bedrooms. There is a large master bedroom with patio doors leading out to a private deck overlooking the lake. The second bedroom is set up with twin sized bunk beds (150 lb max weight). The third bedroom has a full bed. There is also a full, “Jack and Jill”, bath on the upstairs of the home complete with a shower and whirlpool tub. The driveway is large enough to accommodate an RV, boat or snowmobile trailers. The pier is excellent to fish off for great sized pan and game fish and can also be used to tie up your boat. The property has a nice sized yard with a fire pit situated for lake views. For golf enthusiasts, there is an 18-hole golf course in walking distance, at the mouth of the private road. If you are up for venturing out on the lake, it's a wonderful recreational lake on which you'll see many water skiers, tubers, fisherman, swimmers, paddle boarders, kayakers and wave runners. There are also many restaurants and bars around the lake accessible by boat or by car. If you decide to cook “at home” there is a 4-burner gas grill available for your use. The property isn’t just for summer fun! It can also be appreciated in the winter. Bring your 4-wheelers, snowmobiles, cross country skis, ice skates, sleds, ice fishing gear and you’ll be set to enjoy all that Fox Lake has to offer.
