BEACH HOUSE WITH EVERYTHING YOU'LL NEED FOR GREAT GETAWAY!!

Comfortable beach house with everything you'll need for a great getaway.
three bedrooms that cater for up to 9 guests - perfect for 2 families.
One indoor bathroom with shower as well as a hot/cold outdoor shower with change room- see attached photos.
Set on a large flat block with plenty of open space forchildren.
Fully fenced yard- making it safe for pets & kids.

Any easy walk to the beach- 800 m.

Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, upright stove & fridge.
All the cooking utensils you will need.

Laundry with washing machine.

Other features include TV, DVD player, Bluetooth sound system, ducted heating, BBQ, outdoor table & split system air conditioner/ heater.

**** In order for us to keep the cost per night low, you must provide your own linen.

Handy location, comfortable house, great for summer. Good local park at Rye for the kids.

The house had everything we needed for our family and 4-legged furry at a very affordable price. Highly recommended for a few days away

Great property, close to beach

Great property with plenty of amenities and a short walk to the beach. Lovely big yard, great for kids. Communication with the host was excellent. Had a wonderful stay. Thank you 😊

A comfortable home for family's to stay in

House was in a great location, close to the beach. Also the house had a comfortable and warm atmosphere, making it great for family's to stay in. The owner allowed our pet to stay with us too which made the holiday even better. Thanks so much Simonne.

Great house, lovely location.

Relax at Raymond is a great holiday house for our family and furbabies. A quiet location with a big back yard, the house has everything we need and is only a short walk to the beach. Simone is always very accomodating and responsive.

Comfortable property

Everything you need available and gorgeous backyard. Would not recommend walking distance to beach with smaller kids to beach. Would book again!

Lovely beach house, which met all needs.

Easy walk to beach. Great place to ride bikes. Toddlers safe in yard. Outside shower was added bonus. Could have bought dogs but chose not too. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

3 x streets from an amazing dog friendly quiet beach. Property was well secured for dogs, very clean. Large, private well kept back and front yards. Plenty of parking. Can walk to the Rye shops or a 5 minute car ride. All provided. Check in process was seamless and friendly. Will be back. Nilmini

Could have been better

Overall good property with large block to give you room to move. However dining table chairs had stains. Heating wasn't working which you need when staying with kids

Relaxed on Raymond

An older comfortable house with everything we needed, on a quiet street, Location was very convenient to shops and beach. Good communication with Simone, who was very helpful.

Stayed over the christmas period for 3 nights. Place was clean, had everything we needed.. We were very happy and simone was great!! Good communication, easy check in.

Great weekend getaway

Amazing find

This house was a fantastic find. It was clean, was fully equipped and the host Simonne was responsive and caring and always there to help. Even after we left, I misplaced my purse and Simonne allowed me one last look. Thank you Simonne. We will definitely book again!

Perfect for what we needed

This property was perfect for a weekend stay around the corner from a wedding we attended. The house would be great for a larger family with kids, with its big backyard and toys and things to entertain. As it was, our fur babies loved the house. Simonne was very accommoyans we are grateful. Thanks!

A nice quiet stay

Enjoyed our stay . Very close to the beach. Enclosed backyard for the dog. Close to shops just 5 mins down the road

Comfy, easy, light and lovely

We love this little house. It's clean and comfy, great beds, space for our dogs and Simone the Manager does everything she can to address any problems. The TVs didn't work but there was Netflix and who needs tele when you've got the beach?

Great family house

Neat, affordable little house with comfy beds and everything you need to cater for two families and fur babies. Great to have a decent sized yard where dogs are welcome. Manager Simonne was incredibly helpful and went 'over and above' to help us. Thank you Simonne.
