Great location! It was clean but had a weird smell. I believe it comes from the sofa. It looks really old, and my son couldn't sleep because the mattress is thiner than a paper. It would be great if you could update the sofa.

This property is more than out dated, it’s run down on the inside. The outside is updated and nice. The air conditioning was broken. The property manager sent a repairman immediately, but it was unable to be repaired while we were there. The temp hung around 75 day and night. The paint on the ceiling in the bathroom is hanging down near the shower. The trim throughout the home is pretty banged up.

This unit badly needs updated and cleaned, location is great, management took prompt care of our issues, 5 stars to them, quick response, prompt action to attempt to correct, however the place was terrible and we did not stay, we had to get a last minute room at the Hyatt at great expense.

Great location!

Perfect location, right on the beach. Beach is not crowded like others in the area (and we stayed over the 4th of July). Inside could use some updates, but location makes up for it.

Great Location

The location was perfect. The proximity to the beach was ideal for small children, and the amenities of 30a are unbeatable. The beach wasn’t too crowded, the condo was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was exactly what I was looking for in a vacation.

Location, location, location

Our stay was great! The location of the rental could not have been in a better spot. Just steps from the beach is something you just can’t beat. We would re book in a heart best and will look at this rental first on our next beach vacation!

Perfect Location

This was the perfect spot for our family. We have two kids 5 and under, so being right on the beach was critical for us. This property could use some updating as others mentioned, but we didn’t mind. We would definitely stay here again. Can’t beat the location!

Short and sweet

Missing trash bags and a smart tv but that is my very minimal complaint! Beautiful view, comfy bed, responsive manager via text when an issue popped up, and very clean - place is just as advertised. Would love to stay here again.

Beautiful beach

Love the favor of this part of Florida. Old South Meets Gulf Coast. Kitchen well equipped. Great having a washer and dryer. Neighbors were very nice. Condo in bad need of Updated and redecorating.

Great location.

Had a good stay at Ramsgate. I would suggest updating the bathroom and appliances. WiFi was spotty, and some of the electrical outlets did not work as well as some of the light switches. Take care of these small issues and this place would be perfect.

Overall this was a nice little condo unit. Property had mostly updated appliances throughout, besides oven. It was clean, the bed was comfy, and we would stay again. The biggest complaint from us would have to be the water pressure in the shower, that could have been better. Unit could probably use a thorough paint job, but that’s just me being picky.

For 100 per night don’t expect much except location

For the low price one should not expect much luxury but I was still surprised by the rust topped 8 cu ft fridge with no ice maker, just 4 trays; by the mismatched melamine dinner ware; by the 2 water glasses; by the loudest dishwasher in memory; by the dead insects in the shower.
