Seaview Cottage - Meredith Lodging

Kick back on the grey wool sofa sleeper in front of the cozy living room gas fire and flat-screen TV, or enjoy ocean breezes on the large deck. The beach’s crashing surf is visible from the deck, which is surrounded by a grassy area for the kids to play. The dining room is windowed on two sides and separated from the fully equipped kitchen by an informal breakfast bar. This property was awesome. After reading the reviews I was feeling pretty concerned about the house being super cold. Once all the heaters had been on for about an hour, the temp was very comfortable. No worries on that front. It was a cold, rainy combo and about 50 outside and we stayed cozy. A short half block walk right onto the beach. You can actually see crashing beach waves through the houses from the back deck which is fun.I would say this house comfortably sleeps four. More than that would be tight. It is a a cozy little beach cottage.

House was super cute! Cozy, had everything you’d need at the coast. Lots of deer in yard . Decor was super cool. Super clean & would definitely use again . Late check-in was the only bummer. 4pm.

The location couldn’t have been better. Beach access is just a few houses away and you have a small view of the ocean from the back deck. Deer came through the yard everyday which the kids loved.

We had a great stay and the place was great. Only thing that was disappointing was the Barbecue was not working and we had counted on it for the food we brought.

This house is exactly as listed, comfortable, and it's in a very good location (one block from beach access, short walk to road's end park, very short drive to all the amenities of Lincoln City).

The house is well appointed. It was perfect for two couples with the two king beds. Beautifully remodeled home with an ocean view and short walk to the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage.

The cottage is nicely appointed with everything you need, there are even games if you choose to stay in. The location is great, as it is just steps away from beach access. The neighborhood is charming and it is close to restaurants and attractions yet still has a homey feel. We recommend for a small group!

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. There was a small area that we could see and enjoy the ocean view. Very clean. One level and great for someone who cannot do steps. Mattress is one bedroom does need replaced but overall we enjoyed our stay.
