Built in 2016, this house is filled with beauty and unique touches like exposed brick walls, all new appliances and ultra modern lighting. The fresh and updated feeling of this home paired with a covered patio, private Hot tub and a fire pit in the fully enclosed backyard is a combo that can't be beat. As our guests you'll have access to everything within the home, the backyard

Guest Access:
With 5 bedrooms total there is plenty of space for the whole family and the private casita extra space for some privacy

The home is within close proximity to our neighborhood playground and park with picnic tables which makes for a perfect gathering place for events or time spent with the family. We love hosting families and groups of all kinds.

This home is locally maintained and kept in great condition. Whether you are coming into town for business or pleasure, we would absolutely love to have you as our guests and let you experience a 5 star getaway in the St. George area.

Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing
To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone.

Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee:

$50 for 1 dog

$100 for 2 dogs

Fees are collected post-booking during our digital check-in process. Please note: Pet damages are not covered by the pet fee.

Layout of house with 4 bdrm/2 bath/kitch in main section and 1 bdrm/1bath and small kitch in attached casita worked out very well. Location is fantastic, close to trails, Walmart, Hurricane and St. George. 3 car garage, but only 1 spot was actually available. Parking for 3 cars in driveway, plus roadside, and long dirt driveway adjacent to house for trailers and additional parking came in really handy. Minor complaints; hot tub water needs changing, propane tank for grill was empty and firepit didn't work.

Lots of space.

There was lots of space for our family to enjoy themselfs. They had a great setup for the kids to have fun playing all the games and not worry. The backyard was amazing to enjoy this time of year.

Week in Hurricane

The kids had soccer tournaments in St. George, but of course not on the same weekend. We decided to stay the week and luckily found this gem of a home. It was about 20 minutes from anything we needed to do. Really close to Sand Hollow State park which is awesome. The home itself is lovely. Very comfortable for our family of 4, my husband and I worked all week and there was the little casita apartment that acted as an office which was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked and plenty of appliances for coffee, toast and blending. The yard was great for our dogs and we LOVED the hot tub. The owners were very responsive and friendly. Definitely will stay again if it's available!

Hurricane house

This house had plenty of room for our group. The detached bedroom however was not clean when we arrived (we did not arrive early, checked in after 4 pm). The bed had clearly been slept in and there were dirty towels in the bathroom. The rooms in the main house were clean.

Sooooooooooo Much Pet Hair

There was an insane amount of pet hair in the king bed in the master bed room. Caused allergy issues all week. Even though the property listed no pets. The amount of animal hair on and in the bed was disgusting let alone letting animals sleep in a rental bed is absolutely disgusting.

Nice spot

Its easy to focus on the negatives, but we really did have a great time here. However, the bunkbed was incredibly unstable and squeaky. The ping pong balls were the cheapest you could find. Most of all, the hot tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months and there was a weird grime around the edges of the surface. Lastly, I hated the feeling of being nickeled and dimed. If we wanted to check in/out earlier/later, it was an extra $22/hour. This seems crazy when we had already spent around $4k on the place for the 5 days. Same feeling for charging us $50/dog. Just feels exploitative.
