Large and beautifully appointed 5 bedroom home with 150 feet of waterfront on a peaceful, quiet cove overlooking Lake LBJ. Just under the historic (inactive) train trestle bridge to the main body of Lake LBJ. The cove right off the dock is great for swimming (3-5 feet deep around dock and no wake). Our dock and boat lift are available for your use and boat ramps are nearby. Two kayaks and a stand up paddle board (SUP) included!

Home is situated in a private community and at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, while just a few minute drive to the center of Kingsland for groceries and restaurants. Large shaded side yard with giant oak trees is perfect for kids to run around. Enormous covered patios both upstairs and down with views of Lake LBJ, your serene cove, and the beautiful oaks.

Outdoor amenities include:
* Perfect location for swimming, fishing, kayaking and stand up paddle boarding on the calm smooth waters of the no-wake cove
* Easy access to Colorado arm of Lake LBJ just under the train trestle bridge for great boating and wake boarding

* Two levels and over 1,000 square feet of covered patios, with propane grill, multiple seating areas, fantastic lake views

Our favorite place!

Our growing family stayed here for the 3rd time and, as always, it was perfect. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. The location of this house is incredible. We love staying here!

Great home on LBJ

This was our second time to stay at this home and once again we have nothing but positive things to say. The house is clean and well-equipped. The yard provides a great space for the kids to run and play. EricIs very easy to work with and very responsive to messages. Will definitely be staying here again.

Relaxing Stay

The property was clean and well equipped. The house had nice large open areas. The patios (top and bottom) were wonderful. My grandchildren enjoyed the big yard. The location was great - close to the main lake but not all the boat traffic. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had. Will stay here again.

Beautiful lake home!

We love this house! This is our second time to stay for a long weekend and it never disappoints! Such a perfect lot with a good size yard and plenty of room to fish along the lake. Large enough for all to have room. The outside areas were great to enjoy the weather and the kids were thoroughly entertained with the play set. The host was very responsive with any questions. Great place!

Nice quiet location the lake

We have rented this home many times over the past several years. Its only 5 minutes from HEB and it's on a large sized lot in a quiet neighborhood. Eric has been wonderful to work with. The house works great for our needs, and we keep coming back every year.

This house is everything it says and more. It is very well stocked with all the necessities to make for an amazing vacation. Perfect location and great fishing. We took the kayaks and paddle board out every day, very still and peaceful cove. Would 1000% recommend.

Great find

We Loved the lake house, clean and accommodating. Beautiful views and so peaceful. We would have loved to have more time to enjoy it a little more. We were in town for my Sons Wedding in Burnet, so it was a busy few days. The Lake house was perfect and relaxing to come home to.

Beautiful lake retreat

Not only is the location ideal, the house has more than enough amenities to make this the perfect vacation! A private boat dock in a calm area if the lake where you can fish, swim, use the provided kayaks or stand up paddle board, or just enjoy the morning sunrise or sunset. The kitchen is well stocked for any level of cooking, and the beds are comfortable. Plenty of space for two families and you don't even feel crowded. This is our second year for us coming to this home and definitely not our last!

Sweet Christmas Memories

What a perfectly perfect place to spend our family Christmas! The lakehouse is absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed (and more!). Only in Texas can you paddleboard on Christmas Eve!! We had a lovely time and appreciated the way the home was decorated for Christmas. A bonus we didn't expect! So thank you for that. :) Everything about the place was amazing~and it was SO big AND cozy! Truly one of the nicest VRBO's we've stayed in.

Great Lake House!

My family (6 adults, 2 children, 2 dogs) had a great time at this property! The location was perfect: close enough to the big lake and still private enough to swim by the dock without worry. They property looked exactly like the pictures and we were pleasantly surprised at how much space we had! It was perfect for our big group and could've easily accommodated more. The outdoor areas and all of the outdoor amenities (kayaks, etc) were so convenient and great to have/use. The stove was finicky and made cooking some meals a little tricky but we made do. We had an excellent stay and loved the space. We voted and it was unanimous: we'll be back next year!

Best spot on the lake!

We have stayed here several times & this property never disappoints. It has a prime spot on the lake, tucked around the corner from all the busy lake traffic on a no wake cove, making it perfect for hanging out safely to float in water. The house is clean, open, lives large & is extremely well stocked. We bring our boat, getting gas is a breeze with Wake Point only a 2-3 min boat drive & private boat launch just across cove. Most importantly, the Moore family takes very good care of their guests, they stay accessible & respond in a timely manner with any questions or issues unlike most of the rental management companies we have dealt with. You wont find a large home like this or better location on the lake for the price, book it!

Awesome experience!

This rental was amazing! It was the perfect place for a large gathering. We stayed during the cold time of year, but the home had an upstairs area that was very cozy and warm. The area easily accommodated 14 people. This central area has a large kitchen, dining area, and living room. Bedrooms and bathrooms surround the central area. Downstairs, the children delighted in have their own bedroom with plentiful bedding (single beds/bunkbeds with a bathroom/shower. There is a lot of outdoor seating for warmer times of the year. The surrounding area is very quiet and beautiful. We hope to return again. Everyone loved it!!

Beautiful, relaxing getaway

Our whole family, ages 14-85 loved the place. Weather was perfect and the oldest of us spent our time on the huge, shady porches watching and enjoying the younger ones in and around the water, swimming, paddleboarding, and kayaking. Would repeat again in a moment. The property location is lovely, among old oak trees with shady porches and pretty views across the cover and out into the lake. Only comment about maintenance was a couple of lightbulbs that burned out and couldn't replace, and more importantly, the fridge had a leak that left water under the produce drawers which froze and eventually leaked onto the floor. Phoned the property manager but he said he couldn't get to it until after we were gone.
