Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at the Rare Rose. Lovely and clean. Comfy beds. Would have been great to have a few extras such as a hair dryer, face washers.

Pleasant, cosy stay

We had a lovely time on the first day of winter, snuggling up on the super comfortable couch with the gas fire going. A peaceful home, nice and comfortable.

Beautiful property!

Stayed here for a kid-free weekend away with girlfriends. Plenty of space, very clean and comfortable. Styling of the house is so lovely too! The view out the dining area into the back garden was so relaxing. Would definitely stay here again, thank you so much Tanya!

Private, fresh and delightful.

Lovely private accommodation. Clean, spacious and has everything you need. Decorated very tastefully. Comfortable couch and beds. Record player was a hit with my husband and the games selection was fun for all. Great communication from the owner and highly recommended.

Perfect weekend retreat

We greatly enjoyed our stay and loved the special touches inside the house, the wallpapers, the fabulous record player and great music choices, the pretty and green backyard with many local birds and much more. The house has everything needed to have a relaxed getaway and is conveniently located not far from the beach, shops and activities. Would love to stay here again - thank you, Tanya

Sweet Retreat

A lovely place to go to and relax. The layout of the house suited us fine. Loved the garden setting. Tranquil and serene. When next going up that way will definitely book the house again.

Soak in the sun on the deck amongst the trees!

Our family of 5 had a very relaxing long weekend. Home is presented well and was very clean. Garden was also kept well and very relaxing. We also enjoyed a visit to the Peninsula Hot Springs which is a 10 minute drive from the house. Would recommend a stay here if you're a family looking for accommodation in the area. Thank you Tanya for your hospitality and for sharing your home.

A beautiful home with everything we needed for a relaxing escape.

The house is beautiful. We felt relaxed as soon as we arrived. It as warm and cozy and full of natural light. The house had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy, with lovely linen. The kids explored the garden and the toys and books. Everyone enjoyed the cosy gas fire. It was perfect. Host was easy and quick to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Pretty as a rose

This is a lovely place to stop and recharge for a while. Comfy couch and gas log fire to keep toasty. Comfy warm beds, great kitchen and dining. Beautiful touches and decor. The record player was great though some of the records were quite dirty. A great location to discover wineries and foods in the area.

A beautiful house in a great location

A beautiful home in the heart of Rosebud. It was warm, cosy and functional. A great place for good friends or a family to relax, and hang out. Close to shops, wineries, beaches and national parks. The house has very comfortable beds, a cosy fire place, and all the necessities needed for a fabulous stay. My friends and i absolutely loved our stay, drinking wine by the fireplace, catching up on old times, trips to the hot springs. Absolutely perfect. Highly recommend.

Just perfect!

What a gorgeous place! Beautifully decorated and equipt with everything you need and more...fabulous hosts. The only downside to these old places is that you can hear everything from upstairs in the downstairs room. We spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the serenity and the sunsets, especially with the addition of the outside heater. Would stay here again for sure.

Lovely Get Away

The property has a lovely floor plan that catered well to our family (with school age children). Less than 10 minutes to Rosebud Pier, and within an easy drive of a number of fun family activities - made for a really lovely holiday.

Lovely Rosebud Escape

Great little house

Clean and well maintained house in nice setting. Very comfortable and equipped with multiple air conditioners. Good wifi good tv and a record player with some awesome vinyl. great family getaway.
