Absolutely amazing property! We were there for an offroad race and had a large group with lots of people and vehicles. Property is better than the pics could possibly show and truly beautiful views! Tons of sleeping areas, things to do, room to spread out and outdoor activities! Will stay here again for sure!

Family reunion

This property was immaculate and went above and beyond our expectations! Every detail was thought of…kitchen supplies for cooking/baking/grilling and it was fully stocked with any appliance you could imagine to make memorable family meals! But it didn’t stop there. The bedrooms, bathrooms and communal spaces were so thoughtfully and thoroughly put together. The home is the perfect place for all ages to enjoy in a quiet but convenient location. Our hosts, Deborah and Tom communicated punctually and thoroughly with us before and throughout our stay. Our family has stayed at several dozen properties over the years and this one far outweighs them all! Would highly recommend this property! Hope to stay there again someday!

Amazing Home!!

We had a family reunion with 16 of us and this house was perfect! The outdoor area was a great place to play cornhole (provided with house), bocce ball, ping pong(brought by us) and just hang out in the chairs under the trees. There was plenty of room for the whole family to be together or in small groups. We especially enjoyed the game room downstairs with the pool table and musical instruments. None of us are musically inclined but that didn't stop us from making a bunch of noise! Having two washers and dryers was a great help, and I can't say enough about the kitchen, WOW! They were so well stocked, even providing us with disposable coffee cups, plates and utensils if we didn't want to do dishes, although doing dishes was easy with 2 dishwashers. I have rented homes many times and never had this extra. This was the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen. Although the house was a little far from everything it was well worth it because of the amazing view and the beauty and comfort of the home. This home does not have A/C but it was not a problem at all when we were there as the nights were cool so we just opened windows and it never got too warm. The hosts were wonderful about providing many fans that we could put where we wanted them. Last but not least, the hosts Deborah and Tom were fantastic. Communication was top notch and any time I had a question they got right back to us. They even accommodated our guests that needed an extra hour before leaving. Great home!!

Book this place!!

A truly breathtaking place. Deb was amazing and communicated well from the start. Even dropped off a folding table for us during our stay! The house slept our 19 guests comfortably and we had more than enough room to spread out. I’m sure we will be back again!

60th Birthday celebration !

Came up to Reno to celebrate my husband and my 6th decade… had friends and family come and stay in this beautiful home. Every detail was taken care of, we enjoy cooking and the kitchen was set up with every detail in mind. The house was clean and we had every possible resource available to us for entertainment, we actually had no reason to ever leave the house!The location was awesome, we skied one day at Mt Rose, so close! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay, we will definitely be back!

Thanksgiving Getaway

We spent 6 nights in this beautiful home with our extended family for Thanksgiving. Our Host Deborah was amazing! The home is beautiful, very clean and very well maintained. We have rented vacation rentals for the past 22 years at Thanksgiving time and this kitchen is by far the best of them all. The appliances are all updated and everything you can image is there, just bring the food. The downstairs game room was a big hit with the young kids. The King beds were a big hit with all the adults. The views are amazing. We were lucky enough to have snow. The yard is safe for the kids to play by themselves, and kept an eye on from the window or deck. There is a sled area close by that we could all walk to also. Fun time was had by all.

Great Retreat

The property was fantastic and it was likely the most well equipped of any rental property I’ve been to. From the kitchen, to the towel, and even down to games/activities, we were never left wanting. We had a small issue during our stay and the property host was attentive and extremely responsive. Also on the host, from pre-trip planning to checking in during our stay, they were dedicated to making sure we had anything we might need. The purpose of the trip was an executive sales team offsite retreat and the property had a multiple phenomenal meeting spaces and plenty of room for a large group. Thank you again and we will very likely be back. Terry

Phenomenal Home!!!

We were a family from Hawaii visiting during the winter season and most of us never experienced snow or very cold weather. Deborah, the property manager (host) went above and beyond to help us prepare and made sure we enjoyed our time there one thousand percent!! The house is absolutely exquisite in every way. Every amenity was provided. All you need is to bring your own groceries. We will definitely plan another trip there or any of their other properties. I definitely recommend staying there during anytime of the year! If I could give it a hundred stars, I definitely would!

Excellent home for winter family trip

This house has been exceptionally well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The house was very clean and organized with attention paid to high end appliances and furnishings to make the stay feel like a luxury trip. The host provided many extra amenities such as a stocked coffee bar, bottles of champagne (it was New Year's Weekend), snow toys and board games. The kitchen has two dishwashers, the laundry room is doubled up with two washers and two dryers. The space provided on the bottom floor/basement living area isolated the loudest of our guests while the main floor provided space to relax and read or just enjoy the huge view from the many windows. Our stay, unfortunately, coincided with a 3 day power outage and closed highway. Fortunately our host went above and beyond, bringing us a generator to keep the heat, some supplies for temporary lighting and clearing a path to the house through the snow. The side yard of this house has an amazing slope for snow play which was used on multiple days of our stay. We had a group of 20 with a mix of kids, teens and adults - and we were able to enjoy our time at the house despite losing power. Its a great place to stay and we look forward to planning another stay.

Amazing!

We stayed at Deborah’s house for an early family Christmas getaway and had the best time. Deborah was so on top of it and the house was better than the pictures - our whole family was blown away with how equipped the home was. We fit 17 adults with no issues. This was probably the best vacation rental experience we’ve ever had.

Perfect for family reunion!

Perfect location and house for our family gathering. Had absolutely everything we needed and more. Beautiful and spacious. Close to lots of outdoor activity and close enough to Reno for convenience.

Better than the pictures

This property is beautiful! Super convenient to Mt Rose ski resort and not too far from the Reno airport. There is so much to do in the house and the views are incredible! We loved every moment, highly recommend.

Best Plan B house ever!

We had to move our daughters wedding 2 1/2 weeks before the date due to the fires. This house was the biggest blessing! Close to the event center at Tannenbaum and had everything we needed to enjoy our week. Deborah was so helpful and supportive and we took full advantage of the space to get our ‘first look’ photos on the front porch and yard space for several of the bridal party photos before moving on to the wedding site. Could not have asked for a more beautiful home!

Amazing experience

Perfect for a large group of friends! Check in process was super easy, Deborah was so friendly, informative, and easy to reach. Check out was also very easy and flexible. Plenty of space to hang out and all of the rooms are great. Pool table and karaoke machine were big hits. Location is not far from Incline Village and a short drive to East Shore beaches or Reno. Great hikes nearby and an incredible view from deck. We never wanted to leave

An excellent mountain retreat

We really had a fun stay at this place and would rate it one of the best mountain retreat to stay at!! Our group had a lot of fun and the views from this place was amazing. The communication with the host was also super easy and they were very responsive. The place was spot on in terms of cleanliness.

Hidden gem!

Loved staying at the Sierra Mountain house! Beautiful location right next to the Tahoe forest, spectacular views day and night. Very attentive hosts, with wonderful amenities. Fully stocked kitchen to entertain perfectly. Will be coming back year round!!
