Nouveau condo en bord de mer haut de gamme avec AC, Wifi, piscine. Idéal pour les familles.

Nahil # 1 est situé au rez-de-chaussée du plus récent immeuble condo de Akumal. Il dispose de 3 chambres spacieuses, chacune avec salle de bain privée, plus un grand plan ouvert, salon / salle à manger / cuisine. Les glisseurs de plancher à plafond ouvrent sur une terrasse qui est à quelques pas de la plage et de la piscine. Le bâtiment dispose également d'une grande palapa avec bar mouillé.



Nahil est situé vers l'extrémité nord de Half Moon Bay d'Akumal, à proximité des restaurants La Lunita et Que Onda, et à quelques pâtés de maisons de l'aquarium naturel qui est Yalku Lagoon. Akumal est une communauté de plage décontractée avec des habitants de l'écologie et des baies calmes, la maison parfaite pour une diversité de la vie marine tropicale et des tortues marines en voie de disparition. Akumal se trouve à seulement 20 minutes des villes populaires de Playa del Carmen et de Tulum, et à une heure au sud de l'aéroport international de Cancun.

Incredible view, nice pool, very clean and well supplied. It is close to great restaurants and lots of fun activities. You can even snorkel in the bay just walking out of your condo. The manager was so helpful before our stay with our late check in. They were even more helpful when I left something in the apartment when we checked out and they are helping get it back to me. They go above and beyond with their customer service. We will definitely rent here again when we come back.

Beautiful Accommodations & Location

We loved our stay here! The property was modern and clean and beautifully located on a quiet bay where it seemed the sargassum did not gather! We were walking distance to great restaurants and it was just a tranquil and lovely experience! Akumal is a great location and easy to go north or south to other tourist activities.

Great stay in paradise

Great condo for our extended family, bed setup was fantastic, great views, excellent location. Beach was great, pool was awesome. Kitchen full stocked. Cleaning staff was superb. Overall a great place for our family vacations. Can’t wait to go back!

Half Moon Bay

The condo worked out very well for 3 couples. It was a perfect location, clean, amazing snorkeling, walking distance to everything. We worried that the pool right in front of us would be noisy but that was not an issue at all. I would stay here again.

Family getaway

For my granddaughter's winter break, I suggested we go to Akumal. My daughter, son, granddaughter and I had a wonderful time in the be condo, patio, pool and beach. It's a lovely property and enjoyed walking to the restaurants. David, answered all my questions and was most helpful. We hope to come back again. For me, a senior, it was difficult to get in the ocean due to rocks.

Loved our time at this Akumal condo. Great layout with all you need for a wonderful vacation. Property is well maintained and the pool and beach are great. Wouldn't change a thing. House keeping, maintenance, front office staff are all fantastic. Would stay there again for sure. We stayed with our three kids. It would be a great 3 couple adult trip house too. The lower beds of the bunks are nice and has 3 kings in total and 3 private full baths.

Perfect place and location in Akumal

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo in Akumal. No matter where we were in the unit, we knew we were staying on the beach. The place was very nicely furnished and it was perfect for two families, with 4 kids. We could walk out at any time of day for incredible snorkeling, and felt like we were almost alone at this end of the bay, away from the more crowded area. It was nice being at the "end of the road". The cleaning staff, maintenance staff, and security were all really friendly and were always working hard to make everything look nice. Will defintely try to return.

The condo staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach area was cleaned daily and the sargassum was not an issue. Snorkeling off the beach was beautiful! The inside was just as described and provided everything we needed including a washer and dryer. Would love to return!

Best family vacation ever!

Our active, energetic grandson spent every waking hour in the water, either in the lovely pool, or snorkeling off the beach or kayaking. The apartment is lovely and supplied everything we needed, very clean and Rosa, who cleaned daily, was a joy. The view from the shady comfortable porch was stunning. We were sad to leave, and would hope to return soon.

We were very happy with the whole unit from the decor to the pool to the beach area. Very clean. Highly recommend Akumal Direct and Nahill unit #1AC really worked well even though the outside temps were 92 degrees daytime / 78 degrees night with a 80 degree dewpoint.

Beautiful condo! Beautiful view.

My 3 teen kids and I stayed here on spring break in March and loved it. We could snorkel right in front of our place. Nice refreshing pool. Well maintained property. Photos don't do justice. We cooked in several times. The kitchen has everything you will need to make just about anything. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again. Close to restaurants and an incredible Lagoon Yal-ku just a few blocks away. Only downside for me, was that the internet was slow and dropped (this is not in regards to the condo but is an issue with the area) often making it difficult for me to work....ya, I still have to work while on vacation.

A great stay at Nahil #1

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just enjoyed a wonderful 5-night stay. The condo is well represented in all the photos. With grandkids in tow, we really enjoyed being on the ground floor. There seem to be a number of owner-occupied units amoung the eight which I think leads to a much higher level of maintenance and upkeep.The unit was spotless and Rosa came each day to rescue the condo from our messes. She did a wonderful job. The kitchen is very amply outfitted with all you will need. Of course the knives were dull as can be but I'm not sure I've ever had good knives at a vacation rental. The snorkeling on the north end of Half Moon Bay is the best.We highly recommend!

Nice Condo!

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay this condo is perfect! It was really well set up and had everything we needed. We did have a problem with the water heater but as soon as we we told management somebody came and fixed it. Housekeeping was there everyday to tidy up which was nice. There is snorkeling right out the doors. The pool was very nice and kept very clean. There are also a couple of good restaurants in walking distance. The only complaints we had were: 1. The property managers on site did not seem to know too much about the condo or the golf carts and bikes that were at the condo. 2. There is no spare key to the condo which makes things a little difficult if you are staying with other people and have different plans. And 3. the golf carts took up at least three parking spots everyday which got very annoying and nobody fixed the problem after multiple complaints.

Many people who visit the Akumal area elect to arrive by private transporter due to the convenience of renting golf carts or bikes. Carts are simply an easy way to navigate our little beach community of Akumal. We will also speak to management to determine a better plan for golf cart parking. Thank you again for staying with us. Wonderful stay

The home itself is perfect with plenty of room and amenities. Loved the pool and beach within steps of the back door. The snorkeling in the waters directly behind the condo was fantastic. Only issue we had is with the internet, it is very spotty. I believe this is a problem with the area and not the condo in particular. I highly suggest this condo for anyone looking for some RR and adventures in the Yucatan.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a good time. We have been to Akumal six times and we had some new experiences this year, that were not the best. We were hustled by the police, for having open containers while walking on the road. They were very agressive, and wanted a cash payment, or they were taking three of us to jail in Playa. I couldn't reason or negotiate with them at all, we paid the fine. We also had some money go missing that was in a wallet, hidden in the house. The safe wasn't functioning at all, which could have prevented it. I'll be bringing a lock box with me from now on. We had one evening where the door lock malfunctioned completely and we couldn't get into the unit, thankfully someone was able to crawl through a window to get us in the unit. Those experiences aside, this is a beautiful property, very quiet, pool is perfect, we loved the outdoor space that allowed us to dip in and out of the sun, snorkeling right from the beach was great as well.

Second stay at Nahil #1

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely love Akumal and the people that stay in the area. We last stayed at Nahil #1 in 2019 and wanted to return sooner, but due to Covid, our plans were pushed back some. We finally returned, and we chose Nahil #1 because of it's location and the ability to walk right out to the pool and the beach. The place has such a beautiful set-up and view for larger groups. We traveled with our kids and another couple. We noticed right away that the unit has been updated with beaufitful new decor and furnishings. Very tasteful and appropriate for the destination. I even hate to mention anything negative because we do love it so much, but the one draw back was the open air bathroom in the ocean front bedroom. The bathroom is within full view of not only the bedroom, but also the outdoors and pool area. So in order to use the toilet, or take a shower or change, we had to close the drapes on the sliding door/windows. They were closed for the better part of the time because we had several people staying with us, and there were others in the pool. I felt it was a shame to close off the bedroom to such a beautiful view just because the bathroom was open for all to see. Perhaps it the unit was on a second floor, it might make more sense.
