Beautiful First Floor 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo within a 5-minute walk to two FREE beach access points in the south end of Marco Island. 10 Min walk to numerous restaurants and movies. Beach Cart and beach chairs provided in the storage locker of carport. 1 Spot assigned for your vehicle. This condo has its own seating area by the entrance and a screened lanai. King Bed in the Master bedroom, Queen Bed in the 1st guest bedroom and 2 Twin Beds in the 2nd guest bedroom. 1200 Square Feet; plenty of room for a family of 6. Brand new Appliances in the Kitchen EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions! Pets - not allowed

We have stayed in the same property for years but having 2 teenage girls decided to move to a 3 bedroom. This property was perfect for us. Great location, great communication and clean.
We visited Marco for Spring Break. Great location and accommodations! Couldn’t have been happier. Pool was wonderful and fully stocked storage with all your beach needs. Excellent week. Thank you!

The condo was very clean and well equiped with everything we needed for a family of 4. The location was within walking distance to the beach, restaurants (Pinchers, Sunset Grill, and others), pedicure/manicure...and more. We enjoyed walking to get gellato ice cream several evenings. Definitely interested in staying at this condo again.
