This 2 bed 2 bath condo is able to offer a nice spacious setup for your next relaxing island getaway, without having to deal with those beachfront prices! Arrive and depart with ease thanks to our convenient building elevator and complimentary luggage cart, for a truly relaxed vacation. Just 3 to 4 blocks north of Seaview is Mission Plaza, offering numerous fine dining restaurants, movie theater, ice cream shop, and shops! Directly across the street take in a beautiful Marco Island sunset from the Sunset Grille located at the Apollo.

It has been described as Magical, Mystical and Alluring. The attraction is tropical sun-washed white beaches and a casual easy paced life style. Anniversary get away

Easy checkin/checkout Did have to register again on property for parking. Very comfortable with one exception, the primary bed was so soft that my wife ended up on the couch to save her back the last few days of the trip. If that is replaced it definitely enhance a stay.

Great location

Lovely roomy 2 Bdrm condo, well furnished. Close to beach and anything else you would like to do in the area. Nice heated pool and elevator. Harborview Realty was responsive to questions. Kayak fishing with a rental from Florida Adventures was so convenient. This condo is only a half mile from Caxambas Marina. Also close to many good restaurants. We especially loved Sami's!

Seaview 304 is a special paradise that can't be found anywhere else on the South End. Closest Condo to the Beach without being actually on it. You could watch all the activity of people heading to residents beech and walking up and down the street. You could also see the ocean between the building.The access to resident beach was perfect. You could see all the cars lined up to try to get into the public parking across the street and we just walked over. The condo was in great condition. Plenty of beach chairs and even fishing poles. Pool was wonderful and met a lot of very nice people.

We thought that we had read that there would be a beach buggy available but there was none when we stayed. We also had read that a hairdryer would be supplied, this was quickly remedied when i called about its omission. Everything was very clean & in good condition. However, we found the beige sofas to be very musty smelling. We ended up covering them in sheets to sit on. Also, a broom & dustpan would have been very beneficial. A beach vacation always attracts sand, & while we loved the tiled floors & lanai, we would have liked to have given it a sweep every now & then!A great vacation rental for a family of 4.

We recommend this unit and any property managed by Harborview Rentals.
