Inside, you’ll find an open-concept main floor with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a large quartz island, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to cook and gather. The adjacent dining area and oversized sectional in the living room make it easy to keep the whole group connected, whether you're streaming a movie or sharing a meal. Large windows frame views of the pool, adding to the laid-back vibe.

The upstairs primary suite offers a private escape with a king bed, sitting area, en-suite bathroom, and flat-screen TV. Two additional queen bedrooms share a modern full bath. Downstairs, two more bedrooms and a third full bathroom provide space and privacy for additional guests. A dedicated game room features a pool table, board games, and a queen sleeper sofa—perfect for kids, teens, or anyone up for a little friendly competition.

Just a short drive away, you’ll find local parks, family-friendly attractions, golf courses, and a variety of dining and shopping options. The area is known for its quiet streets, well-kept homes, and welcoming community vibe—ideal for travelers looking to unwind without being far from essentials. Whether you're heading out for a hike, a game of golf, or a bite to eat, everything you need is conveniently nearby.

Getting Around:
Getting around is simple and stress-free. Major roads and freeways are easily accessible, making it quick to get to nearby cities like Scottsdale, Tempe, or Phoenix. Grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants are all within a short drive, and you'll have no trouble finding parking with plenty of space at the home itself. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft operate efficiently in this area, and for those flying in, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is typically a 25–30 minute drive, depending on traffic.

Other Things to Note:
• Heated Pool Included: The private swimming pool is heated and available for your enjoyment at no additional cost. Please note that during colder months, pool temperatures may fluctuate due to outdoor conditions. The water typically warms throughout the day but may cool overnight depending on the weather.

• Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties and large gatherings are not permitted. The City of Mesa enforces strict noise ordinances, and violations may result in fines or removal from the property. Please help us maintain a peaceful environment by keeping noise levels reasonable, especially in the evenings.

• Security & Noise Monitoring: A Ring doorbell camera is installed to verify occupancy and ensure guest safety. Additional exterior security cameras monitor side access gates. A Minut noise monitoring device is also installed to track decibel levels without recording audio, helping to preserve privacy while maintaining neighborhood respect.

• Pool Safety Waiver Required: Guests will be asked to sign a standard pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.

• Pet Policy: Pets are not typically allowed, but exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved, or if a pet is found to have been on the property without approval, a $175 non-refundable pet fee will apply to cover additional cleaning.

• Late Checkout Policy: Unapproved late check-outs may incur a $75 rescheduling fee from our housekeeping team. Please reach out in advance to coordinate any changes to your checkout time.
