SUMMARY

Nestled in one of Santa Fe’s most authentic neighborhoods, Casa De Lorenzo will allow you to live like a local in style! Complete with impeccable furnishings, a warm and comfortable atmosphere, an incredible outdoor space with a fire pit and hot tub, and a convenient location, you will feel right at home in our wonderful city.



LIVING AREA

The cozy living offers a comfortable room to congregate and relax for a night in. A sleeper sofa is available for flexible sleeping arrangements.



KITCHEN AND DINING

The open kitchen/dining area is the centerpiece of the home, and is well-suited for preparing and enjoying home-cooked meals. The kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances and ample butcher block counter space. The large wood and glass dining table seats four comfortably. The room is well-lit with natural light from the high windows and glass French doors that look out onto the backyard.



BED AND BATH

Both bedrooms have king beds, ample storage, and TVs. The primary bedroom has glass French doors that lead to the backyard and provide fantastic natural light if desired.



The primary bathroom was recently remodeled with an oversized walk-in shower with custom tiling. The guest bath features a shower-tub combo.



OUTDOOR SPACE

The patio and backyard offer an incredible opportunity for activities. The covered porch supports dining for four and a hot tub. Further into the backyard, a large fire pit is surrounded by chairs, perfect for atmospheric late-night gatherings.

- This home is in an old Santa Fe neighborhood, where locals have resided for generations. The area may seem as if it’s in disrepair, but it is very safe, and the neighbors are warm and wonderful people!

- This home is NOT pet-friendly. The homeowners monitor the home with exterior cameras, and our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.

We are so sorry that the hot tub was not up to your standards! Had you contacted us during your stay, we would have been more than happy to send our hot tub technician to the home to do a drain and refill. The hot tub has since been cleaned (in addition to its bi-monthly cleaning) and we have had many guests enjoy it over the last month.

Conveniently tucked away in authentic Santa Fe neighborhood. A little bit of traffic noise from busy St.Francis Blvd when you are sitting outside. Overall, just like advertised. Very nice property.

Cozy Casita

This property was a fantastic fit for my family of 4. My wife and I enjoyed the sizeable master suite while my 13 year old daughter had her private suite across the house and my 7 year old boy loved the fold out sofa couch. The heated tile floors were cooler than expected and the backyard with hot tub was a huge benefit for sore ski bones. All in all awesome experience.

Santa Fe Getaway

Great location and property had lovely amenities! We loved the hot tub and backyard area. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped. We might suggest a later checkout time. While the 10am time was listed we would suggest 11-12 which is more in line with other properties. Luckily we had 3 days booked but we felt a bit rushed out the door.

This gives us the ability to ensure the home is properly cared for in between stays.

Lovely getaway!

The house was darling! We were greeted with a bottle of Rose & some snacks - which was great after the road trip from Colorado! Communications were great! We loved the hot tub for relaxing at night. Easy driving access everywhere. We liked staying in a more "local" neighborhood except for the dogs. Lots of barking. Other than that, it was a fantastic time! Thank you for having us!

beautiful home with incredible attention to detail and amenities...excpet the beds

This home is soooo cute and clean. beautiful santa fe style with modern touches. amazing garden and flowers. truly the only complaint is the uncomfortable bed in the master (we finally figured out to sleep in the small bed in the spare room by the last night) ....and the towels are SUPER tiny...barely fit around me as a rather petite woman. THe shower in the master is amazing and we loved the soaps - and the bottle of wine upon arrival :)

Great place!

This casita was super cute and so very clean! It had every amenity that anyone could want. Very close to everything we wanted to see and do. Our only complaint is the master bed. It makes noise every time you move which was very annoying and make it difficult to sleep soundly. There are also barking dogs at 2 neighbors homes. One very large and one small and yappy. Hard to enjoy the backyard and if you are a light sleeper, it might be a problem.
