Amazing !!

Our stay was great!! It was perfect for my family and I! There was a lot of us of all ages and we all had entertainment whether it was air hockey or relaxing in the hot tub. And the sleeping arrangements were perfect!! We were going to use the fire pit but didn’t get a chance to unfortunately I highly recommend and will probably stay again.

Had 2 families stay for 3 nights to have some fun around the holidays. Easy communication, entire process was simple. Felt the price was fair. Was glad to see some simple necessities were available for use, such as dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, etc. Plenty of towels, and the kids enjoyed the game room Would stay again.

Very family friendly

This house was VERY family friendly and within 10-30 minutes of lots of great activities for kids! Our only disappointment is that the hot tub was filled with green algae and not usable and there were no bunk beds as shown in the listing. Those were a couple things the kids were very excited about when we booked the place. We actually chose this one over others in the area for the hot tub specifically . But overall a great place and great stay.

Wedding week

Comfortable , but could have been cleaner. The Master shower curtain liner should be replaced, the refrigerator and oven needed to wiped down, the outdoor furniture was dirty ( bird droppings etc. ) some of the appliances needed to be wiped down before use. There were bugs in the carpet that needed vacuuming. We also had to reach out to Evolve in order to get our entry code for the stay as we did not receive prior communication before our arrival. The owner of the property also said that she had sent us an email about her arrival to mow the yard which we also did not receive. We also had a two night stay for my daughters service dog ( he flies with her ) and we were charged for his stay. According to Evolve policy there should not have been a fee and we have not to date received a refund.

Great family home for a visit to Idaho

Our family had a wonderful stay in this home. The communication was exceptional with the host and the hospitality down to the little touches of a snack/treat basket were spot on for our group. We had two families including 6 children and a grandparent in our group and this home accommodated all of us well. Beds were quite comfortable and the kids loved the air hockey table and the games provided in the game room. We had our dog with us as well and the fenced in backyard was perfect and quite lovely with all the plants and garden areas. It was toasty summer weather when we visited in August and the home was wonderfully cooled by the A/c and very comfortable for our entire stay. Thank you for a wonderful home away from home while we visited this region of Idaho for a family wedding.

Amazing Backyard Bird Sanctuary - Rest & Rejuvenate HERE!!

This beautiful home is an oasis in the middle of town! The owner has carefully and intentionally created a gorgeous backyard bird sanctuary that gives folks a place to escape to with privacy. You will find yourself enjoying the luxurious grass, grapevine pagoda, awesome hot tub, gardens, shade and peace! The home itself was also outstanding - from the best beds, comfortable, clean and up-to-date furniture, TV and appliances to the wonderful treats provided! Absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, safe place to stay with lots of room and amenities.

This house has everything you could need, plus some. The owner is very responsive and even came out to shovel the snow from the driveway. Very central location, and not far from conveniences such as grocery stores, restaurants etc. I highly recommend this place, and would love to stay there again in the future!
