Spacious modern dog & family friendly home, close to the beach

This modern 4 bedroom home is perfect for a couple, a large family or group. The property can comfortably accommodate up to nine people and the family dog. There are dedicated spaces to to socialise indoors and out or chill with a book, watch TV or break out a board game.

Located in the Swan View estate backing onto the tranquil Edwards Point reserve and just a 10 minute walk (or 2 minute drive) to the beach.

St Leonards is a quiet beachfront town with excellent cafes and many local high quality wineries and eateries.

This modern home boasts 4 bedrooms and sleeps 4 adults and 5 kids. There is a double lock up garage, 2 large driveways and space to store a boat behind a lockable gate.

There is a second bathroom with bath tub and seperate toilet.

Super fast NBN provided. All TVs are smart and can access all current streaming platforms with guest access to Amazon Prime.

Gas central heating and 2 split system air conditioners to keep you cool in summer.

Fully equipped kitchen with coffee pod machine (pods provided), bread maker and all essentials.

A fully secured backyard features an alfresco, outdoor setting and BBQ with plenty of room for playing games and your puppy dog. Some sporting equipment and balls also available.

Be sure to enjoy the scenery with a beachside walk into town and try the coffee and breakfast at Two Daughters cafe or stop in at the St Leonards hotel for a bite and social drink.

Bedrooms, linen and sheets are provided for the number of guests advised at time of booking.

With our comfy beds, modern conveniences and large backyard/alfresco the whole family will love their stay at Swanning 'round.

Home away from home

Had a fantastic time away at the house, it was very clean and close to shops and the beach,the kids enjoyed the big backyard and the toys that were there, great people to deal with would highly recommend

First stay and would definitely stay again

The house had everything you needed. It was very comfortable and clean. We all had a lot of space inside and out. We all enjoyed our stay, Very family oriented and the communication between us and host Jodie and JP was always great and they would always reply straightaway. Would love to stay again already looking to see if the dates we want are available 😊

Fabulous in every way

This property is everything it's listed to be, plus more. The photos really dont to it justice. The house itself is incredibly spacious so our family of 5 had plenty of room to relax together, or apart. The variety of bedrooms meant that everyone had their own space, which was ideal, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. I honestly didnt want to get out of bed most mornings and the kids managed to sleep in regularly! Having two living spaces allowed us to separate when the footy was on and we loved the range of games available for the days when we didnt want to move far. The fully kitted kitchen allowed hubby to cook up a storm and having a full size dining table was great. Whilst the weather wasnt quite warm enough to dine outside, the space provided the perfect spot to enjoy a cuppa in the morning sun. The yard was a great space for our dog to enjoy and she really loved being so close to the beach. Again, the little touches provided just meant the entire family could enjoy their time away. Whilst the house is located in a relatively new estate, it's still really close to great walking tracks and wetland areas. We loved being able to walk around back streets to the beach and was an easy trek into town. Loved being at this property and the special gifts on arrival were greatly appreciated. This property was comfortable enough and well stocked but I suggest guests takes photos of any existing damage on arrival. Landlords struggle with normal ware and tare on property. If guests have any knee problems the lounge furniture is quite low to the ground .We had three adults who required a bed room each. One adult had to sleep on the bottom of a bunk bed with a single mattress.

Plenty of room for everything

We had three generations staying at the property - Mum and I just wanted a midweek getaway, while daughter monopolised the dining table with university coding work. The separate tv space meant we could all use the house and enjoy our time together without getting in each other’s hair.The place was spotless and everything worked as it should.

Large well equipped modern accomodation

Property is very well equipped with everything you would need for short or long stay. Great sized backyard for your kids and your favourite pooch. Very clean with plenty of room for families - 2 living areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our mini break.

Perfect family home

This truly is a home away from home. We stayed as a family of 4 (2 adults, 6yo and 13yo) and a little dog. We really enjoyed our stay! The house is very clean, spacious and modern with a big backyard and has literally everything for you as well as your dog. There's extra blankets, dog towels, dog bowls, well-equipped kitchen with more than just the basic appliances (blender, coffee, machine, sandwich press), kids games, puzzles,, toys, books for adults and kids, 3 TVs, backyard games (cricket, badminton, chalk), beach toys.The host Jodie is very responsive and lovely! I would highly recommend this home for 1 or even 2 families!

Our favourite place to stay!

This is our second stay here, and it certainly won't be our last! The home is beautiful, spotless, and truly feels like a home away from home. The owners are wonderful—kind, and welcoming. The outdoor space is absolutely stunning, providing the perfect area for both children and dogs to play. The home is located in a quiet estate and only a short drive from the beach. We love staying here!

Very Comfortable

Great stay. It has everything - smart TV's, secure parking, secure yard, large fridge and a good variety of appliances and kitchen equipment. Comfy bed and ample lounge seating. Excellent value for money. Will definitely stay again if we are returning to the area.

Beautiful Place

The house is a beautiful place and our Cavilier really enjoyed it as well. Secure backyard, ideal for a family and your furbaby. A little far to walk to the shops but a short drive. Would recommend this place.

10/10 This is a fantastic property to stay at. It’s modern, extremely clean and has everything you would need for a family holiday or a couples weekend away. The home is only a short drive to the beach/town and is situated in a quiet estate. The home is spacious and bright (photos don’t do it justice) and has a beautiful outdoor space perfect for relaxing or playing games. The owners are fantastic - very accommodating and communicative. The welcome gift upon arrival was a beautiful surprise/appreciated.

Wonderful St Leonards

The property was excellent. It was very clean, had lots of space indoors and outdoors. Perfect for children and adults. Not far from St Leonard’s shops. Owner was very communicative and accommodating. We would stay there again.

All you need

Comfortable, clean large house with fully fenced yard was perfect for our short stay on the Bellarine Peninsular. Separate areas for adults and children if needed. Well appointed with all necessary TV viewing and associated computer requirements. Large comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Everything the family and the dog could need.

Relaxing dog-friendly getaway

A very clean and spacious home with all the modern comforts. Our hosts made sure our dog was catered for with dog bed and bowls provided. The photos don't show how bright and spacious the space really is. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks Jodie and JP!
