Room for Everyone

This property was a great home base for our group as we went to Disney. We had 12 adults and had plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean, neat, and comfortable. The only downside was a very small supply of towels.

Fantastic house and in very good condition for a rental property. Very clean with no unwanted smells or mess. We had 13 people stay and had a couple of bedrooms unused given the great accommodation available. The WVH team were extremely attentive sending updates / emails daily and checking in that we were all doing ok. I've stayed at a few of the properties within this sub-division and this is easily the best. Will certainly return to the same house when we venture to Florida next time.

Stay

The refrigerator was not working when we arrived. Did not have it for two days. They sent a replacement one but it was small for a family trip of about 15 people.

Hello Alexis, Thank you for staying with us, we apologize that the refrigerator broke down during your stay, this was totally unexpected but yes a rental was brought in and provided to you. Although smaller in size, we are thankful that your stay did have a refrigerator as this is a very important amenity inclusion. But we hope we can serve you much better next time.

so much potential but....

I will start off by saying this house is in a great location. It is also a roomy house. However, furniture is very worn. blinds were broken. Stains were everywhere on the carpets. Walls were marked. This house needs a deep cleaning. Dust everywhere. The headboards were so filthy! Very little towels. The verification process with the property manager was horrible. She was very rude! Again, this house has tons of potential but not kept up

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you appreciated the location and spaciousness of the home. Regarding the towels, the home is stocked according to its maximum occupancy as clearly outlined in the rental agreement. As for your comment about staff, we’re unsure where that perception came from, as our team is trained to communicate professionally and respectfully at all times. We do take cleanliness and maintenance seriously, and your comments have been shared with our operations team to ensure everything is thoroughly addressed. Thank you again for your input. —Wonder Vacation Homes

Never Again!!!!!

Greetings vacationers. Please hear me and hear me good! Whatever you do never select Wonder Vacation Homes for anything unless you'd like to waste your money. My experience was a nightmare; they are the worst people I have ever done business with. Please read the reviews before you select to reside in any of their Champion Gate property! There was black mold in the home, and two relatives became extremely sick; one is currently having medical issues. DON'T DO IT!!!!!

Sorry to read these words after your reservation is completed. I honestly wish this should have been communicated with us during your stay and not in a review, we would have changed the home for you or helped you in any other way. The home was inspected prior to your arrival and did not detect any mold complaints after you left. Thank you for being our guest.

Girls Trip 2022

Our annual girls trip was a memorable one. The house was very accommodating for 15 ladies. We all had plenty of room and the house was big enough for us to spread out. The house is very clean ,the floors ,the walls all clean. The Five bathrooms were clean The dining chairs need to be cleaned as they are all stained. Some of the televisions had problem connecting . I called and mantinance immediately came and fixed the problem. The outside pool area is clean ,the pillows are clean, the pool was sparkling all added to the fun of our pool party 🥳. Everything in the Rec Room works and is entertaining. I would recommend this house as it is clean and well stocked.
