Quintessential Midtown Bungalow

This was our starter home - so we have a great deal of affection for it. !!! This 2br/1bath will meet all your Needs and beyond Whether your coming to visit your kids at the U of A or Escaping the Winter Elements . We are certain that you will enjoy your stay. Everything has been updated, from kitchen to decor with modern amenities, while still maintaining the charm of a Southwest Casita. New Air Conditioning, beds, linens, towels & toiletries along with Free wifi with its own designated network to keep you connected your entire stay. 46 " Tv with Satellite Tv so you can watch all your favorite programming * additional fee may Be required for certain channels **. Just ask and we'll let you know !

CLEANING.

We have gone Beyond Covid -19 protocol !! We use both a product called In-Cide ( sold at Home Depot ) as well as wipe everything down with a hospital cradle sanitizing agent that kills Covid 19 and other known viruses in 10 minutes after contact. We’ve changed our checkin time to 4 pm and the place is aired out for hrs before cleaner even goes in. Everything is washed in the hottest longest cycle the washer! We’ve had no issues at all. We provide hand sanitizer and antibacterial soap as well for all our properties.

Bedroom

Master Bedroom has a new queen-sized bed (mattresses & box spring) a nice size standard closet. Extra linens are available for all beds in the house, along with extra pillows and comforters. Also available are 2 fold out cots for additional guests.

Has Queen Bed also, night stands and closet.
Guest Access

Guest have access to the entire house, front yard, and off street parking ( Rv spot upon request ), Free wifi , washer dryer, towels toiletries and linens all included with your stay.

Interaction with Guests

We live in the neighborhood and are available any time for questions. That being said, we enjoy privacy when we travel, so unless you reach out to us with questions, we will happily leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If you need us, we're happy to share our knowledge of the neighborhood and help you find whatever you need in Tucson.

Well Trained Pets welcome - fee depends on size and breed of the dog - anywhere from 40-100 dollars only because we bring in a special cleaning crew after guests with pets stay so there's no trace of animals.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Put all laundry, except for the shams and comforters in the wash and start
Remove all items from the fridge and dispose of in the outside trash or take with you
Sign the guest book, please:)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Put all linens ( towels, sheets, pillow cases, dish cloths ) in washing machine before checkout . Do not put comforters, shams, etc in washer.

Cute, comfortable house! It had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. We had a couple issues after we arrived, but Taylor was there within a half hour and they were resolved. Would certainly stay there again!

The kitchen was well stocked with really nice dishes, the rooms very comfortable. This adorable little house is super cute and all of the neighbors were very nice. The outdoor patio space was so relaxing. I was bringing my handicapped daughter and it was nice to find a place without carpeting and the handicapped accessible bathroom. Highly recommend!

We loved the location as it was close to all we wanted to day. Many restaurants close by.The cottage was so cute. Everything was clean and decorate nice in southwest style.

Great outdoor space for people and pets! Securely fenced yard and parking area. Parking is shared with other rental on site so needed to bring dogs in when other guests were parking but wasn’t an issue during our stay. Very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.

Nice place would stay again.

Very well equipped kitchen was appreciated. The location is "central" in that downtown is to the west and the newer section of Tucson to the East. Lots of restaurant options. Overall it was quiet. But one morning one of the neighbors started his "fart car" and it literally shook the house. But it only happened once.

Pre Christmas Tucson Trip

My girlfriend and I along with some of her family travelled down to Tucson for a small trip down memory lane before Christmas and we stayed at this lovely property. Everything was great in the house and the front yard patio area was wonderful in the good weather. Would definitely stay again.

It was great location and easy to get in and out. You can tell they have lived there because fully equipped and functional for long stay of a month. Only issue was low lighting, but it wasnt too bad. It's hard getting old!

Keeping my place there keeps me connected for when I return, Which will be 2-3 times annually. Very much a people person, and this Vacation Rental is rather fun..:)

With that said, We absolutely LOVE the neighborhood. You can't get any more centrally located to EVERYTHING to do in Tucson ! Close to U OF A, hiking golf, great restaurants, parks, botanical gardens, malls, downtown entertainment etc, while located in a well established quiet neighborhood that was built out in 1940's.
