The property was very welcoming to us and our dog Coco!!! She loved laying in the yard, watching the world go by:) The kitchen had everything you would need to cook.The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. Cozy and comfortable.

Adorable place. They had everything I could possible need, it was super homey! We enjoyed sitting on the front porch with our pup using the fenced in front yard. Convenient location.

Great cozy home!

Came for our honeymoon and loved every minute of this home. Beautiful yet comfortable decor. Would recommend host and location for anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

Carolina Cozy Cottage was the perfect place for us to stay with our pup. The home is comfortable and in a great location! We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and how convenient it was to get to everything we wanted to do. There were even supplies for our pup which was great since we forgot his water and food bowl!5/5 stars! I highly recommend this truly cozy cottage.

Pre-Wedding Planning Stay

Eat Wilmington Get Away

This is one of the best properties in Wilmington you can visit! Conveniently located to downtown and to the beach provides access to both. Great food and atmosphere. House was very well-kept and supplied with everything we needed to enjoy yourself

Family Trip

Dena is a great host and the house is charming. This was our second time at the house and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. The location is great, and one can easily get to the beach or enjoy the downtown/riverfront.

Reunion of old friends

We truly enjoyed staying at the cottage. It was comfortable, and charming. We appreciated a chance to stay in an older home, as I always wished we could have a home like that.We also appreciated the ability to take our little doggies with us. We had a great time in Wilmington :)
