A family of seven, plenty of room for everyone, the pool and backyard provided the perfect afternoon breaks. Nice quiet neighborhood very convenient to Disney and other attractions. Would definitely stay again! Only needed the host one time to help with turning on pool heater and she was friendly and helpful! Couldn't find one bad thing to say about it!

I'll start off by saying this was a very clean and well stocked home.However, were some things future occupants should know because I wish I did.Our Stay: June of 2026.Pool: Pretty nice. Camera pointed right on the pool recording you. We opted not to use the pool after I asked the management company if it was a real camera. Took more than a day for them to respond. They did apologize for the delayed response. Also, cannot use the pool or backyard between 10p-8a for City required "Quite time".Game room: Although nice, you're not allowed to open the garage door whatsoever due to some city code. Makes it extremely hot in there. Small AC unit couldn't keep up. Even on only a 75 degree day.Home AC: Says cannot turn below 72 degrees which made it just a bit uncomfortable. Also, doesn't cool during the day. So after hot parks, you come to a hot house.Beds: The larger beds are extremely uncomfortable. Us adults ended up sleeping on the bunk beds that were very comfortable.Laundry room: No door so the older units make the whole house know someone's doing laundry.House is pretty close to the parks but still too far away to walk so ended up having to drive and park anyway.Again, home was very clean and in a mostly quiet neighborhood. Pretty good size too if you have a large amount of people.Just some things we wish to point out for the next occupants to know completely before you arrive.

Perfect Stay for Family Reunion at Disneyland

We have stayed at other VRBOs near Disneyland, and this has been far and away the best. It was perfect for our needs. Well maintained, clean, great location, everything you expect from a VRBO. I would highly recommend this place and will try to stay here again the next time we travel to Disneyland.

We highly recommend this home, especially for families. The house is nicely designed and comfortable, with little details from the host, including snacks and information about every possible need for the house. The host was also very responsive when needed. The location on a quiet side street is also convenient to restaurants and Disney. Our teenagers really enjoyed the amenities, including the heated pool and the Wii. It is a spacious layout that allows for everyone to have their space (and bed). We also loved the large dining room table that allowed for all of us to be together and the comfortable layout in the living rooms. Given the updated design, amount of space, location, and gracious host, this rental is perfect for a family gateway!

Perfect house and perfect location

We needed a place close by Disney for a mother and son Disney trip. There were 4 adults and 4 kids and we all had plenty of space, comfy beds, lots of fun stuff to keep teenage boys entertained and the house was so organized and ridiculously clean. Would not hesitate for a second to book again.

Great location!

Clean and modern home with super easy drive/access to Disneyland. Bonus was being able to see the nightly Disneyland fireworks from the homes front lawn. Backyard areas could use a little sprucing up but pool was welcomed, and inside was clean and ample for our immediate/extended family ages 2-70. Nice place and recommend to other for their Disneyland stay.
