Welcome to our home called the Magicway Villas + Tiki House at Anaheim Disneyland.

Disney Tiki Themed House - Recently remodeled single-family home with a large back yard and spa.

Our Tiki Theme Disney House is a little over half a mile from Disneyland, only a 10-minute walk! With space for the entire family, our house is the perfect place to enjoy your Disney family vacation. watch the fireworks from the back of the yard - your time at Magicway House is sure to create magical memories for the entire family!
This 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is renovated with families in mind. The Master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed and a 42" LED TV, DVD and is beautifully furnished. Next to the master is a fun Disney-themed kids' bedroom with a bunk bed (twin over full and trundle), PlayStation, TV, and games. The third bedroom also has a large queen bed that is elegantly appointed.

Our brand new open kitchen and living area has a huge 55 inch LED TV, blue-ray player, free WiFi. Disney Channel is also available so you and the kids won't miss your favorite shows and games while you're on vacation. You can also connect to Netflix through our blue-ray player or watch one of our favorite Disney DVD movies! The modern kitchen has all the conveniences including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, and pots and pans to help make a home-cooked meal. We even have a pancake maker and a griddle. Plates, utensils, cookware, children's plates and utensils, a crock-pot, coffee pot, and more are all there for your use. A highchair and booster seat are also provided. A BBQ and patio set are also available in the backyard so you can grill up your favorite burgers and hot dogs. In the patio area, you will find a brand Electrolux front loader washer and dryer for your use.

A keypad entry makes it easy for guests to get in and out of the house. There is no need to pick up a key so you are flexible to arrive when it is convenient for you. Plus you can make your own personal code so there won't be any worry of getting locked out or wondering where you placed the key. The key codes are individually coded for you during your stay for your security.

We are officially licensed by the City of Anaheim. Regulatory Permit

*City mandated "Quiet Hours" FROM 10 pm - 9 am. Outdoor facilities (pool, hot tub, patio, front or rear yards, etc) are off-limits during this time, loud music or noise is NOT allowed outside at any time, and NOT allowed inside during quiet hours.

*Max Occupancy - 10 individuals including infants and daytime visitors

*Minimum Night Stay - 3 nights

*Min age to book our properties is 23 years old or older.

*Parking, Max Vehicle Count - 2 vehicles MAX in the driveway must not block the sidewalk and 2 Vehicles in the garage. And NO street parking is allowed.

*Guests will need to fill out an electronic Rental Agreement which will be sent in a separate email after they book.

*Recording cameras are located facing the driveway, front entrance, and back yard area.

*NO SMOKING is allowed inside the home at any time. No tobacco, no vaping, and no marijuana or other drugs are ever allowed. Any evidence of smoking, marijuana, or drug use will result in an automatic $500 fine and all costs associated with smoke remediation (very expensive).

*Guests agree to comply with the city requirements or they will be subject to pay all fines, civil actions, and or criminal prosecutions related to the violation.

My sorority sisters and I had a wonderful 5-day /4 night stay at the Tiki House! The home was welcoming, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable conference and girls’ getaway. The location was perfect — just minutes from Disneyland and close to the convention center, which made our trip super convenient. We especially loved the fun, tropical vibe throughout the house. Thank you for helping make our sisterhood trip memorable!

This house is situated on a busy boulevard with at least a mile walk to Disney, probably more. The property manager needs to spend some time at this property taking care of some deferred maintenance. The beds need to be replaced and updated. The bed in one room was unbearable, one of our group chose to sleep on the couch. The dishwasher needs attention. The smart locks on both the garage and front door are old and tempermental. There was a layer of thick dust on the bathroom light fixtures, which makes you wonder about the cleanliness of the house.We were grateful to have access to a washing machine and dryer. And check out was super easy, just take out the trash. The decor is cute not over done. The house needs more than just the cleaning crew. I'm sorry to write such a sad review, but it is honest.

Perfect spot for a family Disneyland trip. The house was comfortable. The beds need some updating. The king size bed squeeks quiite loudly anytime you move and kept other people awake.

This was a family Disney getaway

Our stay at Kiki home were perfect for me and my family. We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone for a nice getaway home. I had no complaints place was very clean and had everything that was needed for the home.

Great spot for Disneyland

The house was perfect for our family of 10. We were all comfortable and there was plenty of room. Kitchen was great! The kids enjoyed the spa. Disneyland is walkable from the house but don't follow the GPS take a photo of the route in the book they provide. Great stay.

Roomy and clean

Quiet neighborhood but close to food and Disneyland. TVs in every room. Nice showers with good water pressure and lots of hot water. Everything you need to cook food as well.

Girls Trip

The hosts were forthcoming about upkeep work that was not finished before our arrival and appreciated the heads up. Suggestions to improve before the next guest would be to replace the mattress in the one bedroom, get new bathroom towels and have a starter supply of coffee options. Overall had a good experience and enjoyed our stay.

Cute and comfortable

This house was cute and comfortable! Loved the tiki theme. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. There were an abundance of blankets and pillows available so we were comfortable. Walk to the parks was a little longer than stated in the listing, but still probably took the same about of time as finding parking and taking the tram would have. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The flooring was very dirty. Kitchen missing some necessary items and outdoor grill hood broken making grilling difficult. Bed was very creaky.

Tiki House

For the most part the house was comfortable and served the purpose. It was a bit worn around the edges and could use a good going over. The AC doesn’t cool that well and the windows don’t open so the house was warm and stuffy. Plenty of towels and kitchen stocked well. Would not get in the hot tub as it was not clean. Several of the beds had mattresses that needed replaced. The walk to Disney is .8 mi and easy in the morning. Easy to take an Uber back after walking all day.

Disneyland Home

This home was pretty close to perfect for a Disneyland stay, we had small kids and grandparents and we all enjoyed the home. I asked if there would be a pack n' play available and upon arrival, there was a crib set up in a bedroom!! with strollers set up available for us to use - amazing surprise! Our kiddos adored the bunk beds, the kitchen was great, the hot tub needs a cleaning but was awesome after a long day. It was a great distance to Disney, we drove to the Mickey and Friends parking which was only 8 min away. Highly recommend for a Disney vacay with little kids. Beds are loud and not super comfortable. But after a day at Disneyland we all slept soundly! The A/C wasn't working the best while we were there and most of the windows in the bedrooms are screwed shut.

Was everything we needed

This property certainly lacked flash, but it really didn't lack anything that we really needed. The house was fairly large and accommodated our extended family of 10 people decently. The house is located about .5 mile from Disneyland, but that said, it would be a lot to ask to walk there and back after a full day of walking inside the parks. I have a couple of small complaints about the property, but nothing that would have kept me from staying here. Firstly, there is a hot tub in the backyard which is not functional. That would have been a huge plus to be able to soak in it after a long day spent at the parks. Second, the refrigerator did not have filtered water, which given that it is a newer fridge seemed like an oversight. We had to buy bottled water from a local store. Third, the bedrooms were fairly small, and while we really only slept in them, the beds being queens and the bed not being all that comfortable was a bit of an issue. The beds were far to firm for my taste, but to each their own. That's really it. This house worked out nicely for our family, and had a crib which was nice for the baby. Overall, I would recommend this house.

Family getaway

Great location. House size and decor was perfect for kiddos great home over all. Only issues was beds. Extremely loud and squeaks master one guest. This will probably keep me from returning. Not sure I can re rent which is disappointing an issue has been a problem for sometime.(seen on reviews) Bed comfort is important for comfort of stay. Other then beds needs newer dishwasher and a few other little things. But would still recommend it for others. Over all great cute house for as old as it is. Had character thanks Rick and Nancy. Enjoyed our stay. Great home great location.

Clean place close to Disneyland

Overall, this was a nice stay. The property was clean, close to Disney, and in a quiet neighborhood. The home was also well equipped with toddler plates and cutlery, and other kitchen equipment. We stayed with two infants, and people up to 75 in age. The listing was very accurate, and we found the home to work well for our needs.I do have to dock a star, because of our arrival. We confirmed in writing three times, including the day prior, that two toddler bed setups would be necessary. When we pulled up to the house after a 12 hour travel day ready to put our exhausted kids to bed, there was only a crib, no pack and play, and only one high chair. We got in touch with the property manager who mentioned that they had some illness in the office (so people were covering) and they were able to get a second bed to us 50 minutes later, so they were extremely responsive. However, it was a rough start to the trip that involved a lot of preventable toddler tears. For future travelers: there is a coffee maker but no filters, and a pod maker but no pods. So come prepped with those items!

Disney CA stay

Very nice updated house with large kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 1-king, 2-queens & kids room with bunk bed, trundle and crib. TV’s in everyroom using Roku. I don’t use Roku, but could sign into Netflix, Disney+, but when I tried to cast my Xfinity, the sound echo’d. Not sure if it was the tv or my app. Easily can sleep 8 adults without using the top bunk. Decorated with Disney characters. Highlight was light up Mickey wall poster. Didn’t use the spa. Backyard has two patio tables and a bbq. Washer/dryer is outside, typical in S.Cal. Walk to Downtown Disney is about 20 minutes, so suggest driving to the lot and paying $10, have dinner and validate ticket for extra 5 hrs at Downtown Disney. Street was kind of noisy when loud cars drove by, but mainly very quiet at night, except for the Disney fireworks, which can be seen in the front yard. Some restrictions on parking, but there is a two car garage (no entry to house) and a two car driveway.

Nice house but lacks comfort

This is a nice place the upgrades make this house look nice and new. Plenty of hot water and ability to cook and stay in. The issue we all found was Comfort beds are hard and make a lot of noise. Should in the house carries so whe. Getting. In and out of bed woke up everyone as mattress is squeaky and on basic springs in the room I stayed in. All rooms were like this but mine was by far the loudest of them all. We had to move one kid to the couch as the bunk beds would rock and move on every turn waking up whomever is above or below. Honestly saggy may have been an issue there. Hot tub is nice to have as well but the top was broken and very dirty. They want you to pay extra for heating as well this should have just been included in the cost and for sure not charged when the spa had mold and algae all over. We cleaned it ourselves just so kids could get in without it heated one day so they would leave us alone about it. We did not go for Disney and we’re in town for a family member that passed so I am sure if you are there to hit the park and be gone all day and just looking for a spot to lay your head this is a good one. Some upgrading on the beds and this place would be 5 stars.

Great place for a Disney family gathering but "well used"

The location of this property was great as we could walk to Disney in about 20 minutes. There was ample parking in driveway and garage, and a nice yard for the kids and to gather. We used the hot tub which was nice also. It was a good size for three couples and some kids and the eating/gathering spaces were convenient. The kitchen was spacious. However, this place is "well used" as there were several things that were not working, broken, or just very worn. But if its rented all the time, its probably hard to keep up with it all, but some of it really does need replacing. There are also LOTS of "rules" as you can tell the City of Anaheim is trying to discourage short term rentals! Overall, it was a great vacation, and we appreciated that there was a place we could all stay together.
