As soon as you notified us that evening, I arrived the next morning with the electrician to resolve it immediately. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused during your first night. To clarify a few points: • The Closet: We provide two bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers specifically for guest use and enjoyment. While we do store some maintenance items in a separate area, there is ample space provided for guest belongings. • Cleanliness: We have a strict cleaning protocol, and mattress covers are laundered between every stay. Had the stain or the dryer filter been mentioned during your stay, I would have sent my cleaning team to address it instantly. • The Refund: My priority is always guest satisfaction. When you requested a $500 refund, I offered $200 as a fair gesture for the initial electrical hiccup. Because you expressed deep unhappiness with the apartment, I offered a full refund if you chose to relocate to a space that better suited your needs. You ultimately chose to remain for the duration of your stay. We appreciate the kind words about our comfortable mattress, the location, and the beautiful views.
