It has a new (installed May, 2015) central A/C and brand new furniture. Fully stocked kitchen (just installed, Nov. 2015 quartz counter tops) just like home. Beach chairs, beach sheet/mat, beach toys, and cooler.

Marbella Del Caribe Este is one of the most sought after condominiums. It is located on the "strip" on Isla Verde Avenue where there are many restaurants, casinos, banks, car rental company, and a 24 hour Walgreens (across the street) all within walking distance. FREE secure indoor parking with easy access to the elevators. Car NOT necessary for our location unless you want to explore the beautiful island!

The complex offers 24/7 security, beach access to the same beach as the Intercontinental Resort Hotel, and the El San Juan Hotel for half the price, private grounds that include a olympic size swimming pool, kiddie pool, brand NEW tennis court, volleyball/basketball court, playground, picnic tables and barbecue. Indoor private parking with direct elevator access to the condo. We provide beach chairs.

The condo is 10 minutes away and a $14 taxi ride from San Juan's International Airport ( NO airplane noise), and only 15 minutes away from Condado and 20 minutes from Old San Juan. Close to major highways for easy access to the entire island.

We live in Brooklyn New York but plan to spend several months at our condo during winter once we retire.

Currently we go down 2-3 times per year to enjoy the beautiful beach and island but also to make sure the condo is in top condition at all times.

Why Gabriel Strol chose Puerto Rico

We purchased this property because of the beautiful beach/condominium. The location is fantastic. We are about 10 minutes from San Juan's International Airport , 15 minutes away from Condado, and 20 minutes from Old San Juan. Hotels, shopping, entertainment are all within 2 blocks of the building. Water sports are available right on the beach. We have been coming to P.R. for over 20 years and this has always been our favorite building. The 3 mile beach is great for morning walks/runs and it is cleaned (tractor raked) every morning. Future winter retirement home!

What makes this condo unique

Large balcony facing the swimming pool, grove of palm trees and the ocean, where you can enjoy a meal or check your e-mails, with our wireless WiFi. Two 40" flat screen TV's one in bedroom one in living room, with cable.

Great getaway!

This is our second time staying in Gabriel's condo. It is a clean with several good accommodations. Gabriel's hospitality is a five star. I have and will continue to recommend this condo.

A very comfortable and clean apartment. Gabriel has thought of all you need from blenders and juicers to beach chairs. Great pool and easy beach access. Have a nice time.

A Room with a View

My husband and I have stayed in the same building before but this apartment had so much more to offer, including beach chairs and even a beach bag. Gabriel was very responsive to all my emails. The pool is an added benefit and the beach is easily accessible. Would definitely recommend it.

Excellent Homebase

I travelled over Christmas with my two teens. Gabriel's condo was perfect for us! The view from the balcony is lovely! The condo was immaculate and the bed was comfy. It had everything we needed. Very nice to have beach chairs, bag and toys. The building is very secure with a doorman.

One of the best things is the location. We walked to dinner on three nights. We ubered in to San Jaun with ease, El Yunque was about 45 min drive. There is a daily car rental across the street. And of course, the 24 hour Walgreens across the street! No joke, it was very convenient - we got in around 10 pm, went to Walgreens, got milk, cereal and other necessities (rum).

It was great working with Gabriel. He was available by cell while we were in PR. I recommend staying at his condo!

Home away from Home

This was my first time staying at this condo complex. I frequent PR at least 3 to 4 times a year and this was a nice condo. Gabriel from beginning to end with the rental process was fast to respond to all correspondence. The unit was just like the website states nice and cleaned and well stocked. We rented a car and it was nice to be able to come back to a parking space, since parking is very difficult in Isla Verde. Me and my sister were there for R&R and try different restaurants and that is what we did.

Beautiful Beach

Gabriel has a nice condo that overlooks an amazing stretch of beach (best we saw in Puerto Rico). Gabriel did everything he said and responded in a timely manner with any questions or concerns. The condo is nice and well equipped and the staff is very friendly. The Ritz Carlton is only a mile down the street so you know this area is not going to steer you wrong. We will definitely be back. Thanks Gabriel!!

Owner's Response: Will be great to have you back! The guest rated 4 stars instead of 5 stars because of some chipping paint around the pool area. Summer time is when maintenance starts so it should be taken care shortly. We are on "the strip" so everywhere is within walking distance, restaurants, hotels(all within 2--6 blocks of condo not 1 mile), casino, banks, supermarket. No car necessary unless you want to explore the island. Best beach in Puerto Rico!

We are located 10 minutes from the airport ($14 cab ride) but no airplane noise. Visit the only rain forest in the US Federal Park system. Visit the underground caves at Camuy, a 1 hour car ride going north west of Isla Verde. See historic Old San Juan (a UNESCO Heritage site) with it's cobble stone streets, forts, museums, old churches, great restaurants (go to Barrachina where the Pina Colada was invented), see the port where the cruse ships arrive, and of course outlets for shopping (Coach, Tommy, Nautica,etc.).
