This is a really nice house offering much space, a big and modern kitchen and great outside facilities. You will feel home right away and communication with the proprietor works smoothly and easily. We can really recommend this villa and we will definitely come back!

Perfect vacation

We stayed at this location the year prior and decided to come back! Even a year later the place remained fresh and clean; just like it was the year prior. A really nice place to stay with all the things we needed to enjoy our stay!

Great vacation

This place was perfect clean,comfortable and very relaxing back yard canal views. The location was great, lots of restaurants and markets, the kitchen is loaded that you’d utilize during your stay, everything was very convenient. My family and I loved the property, we are already planning our next vacation to stay at this beautiful house.

Very beautiful home. Extremely clean. Bed mattresses are just okay. Everything else was wonderful. House is fully stocked if you forget something.

Beautiful, fully-stocked, clean home!

My family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this home. Everything was in perfect order. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, the home felt clean and welcoming, the garage had every pool and beach toy a kiddo could need, the list of positives goes on and on. I loved that there was tile flooring throughout and the furnishings were all so perfect and cozy. We had great communication leading up to and during our stay. We cannot wait to come back for another visit soon!

Perfect vacation home

This rental was one of our better stays. The house was very clean, and provided cleaning supplies to use during our stay. The pool was amazing, which included water toys and floaties. Grill was clean, great to cook on. The view of the canal was great to wake up to, along with getting to use the kayaks that were provided at the house. There were coolers and a wagon to use when heading out to the beach. Overall we were very happy with our stay. Planning on returning again one day!

Incredibly perfect

When we got to the house it is even more beautiful than it was on the picture ! You can see the canal from almost every where in the place. The place was perfectly clean and there was everything needed to take care of the place. The kitchen had everything needed and More ! The geographic location was perfect you can find everything you need close by even an ice cream place ! The kids loved it has much as we did ! Had to contact the host one time he was very quick to answer and helped us right away ! Cap Coral was heavenly we will come back for sure !!

Beautiful home !!!!

The house was very beautiful and clean. It came with everything you needed and extra. The house was well located placed near grocery stores, restaurants and more, The beds were very comfortable, there was even a bunk bed in one of the bedrooms. It could easily fit 7-8 people. The pool was heated and clean, the kids had a lot of fun playing in it. The dock included a convinient boat lift for anyone who wanted to rent or bring a boat, in addition to this, it very convenient and relaxing to fish at, there was a weber grill to cook the fish I caught using the rods available in the garage. The canal was nice, and it was fun to use the kayaks that were provided with the house. Great communication with Tomas the homeowner he'll answer to your questions in no time. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be returning in the future and I highly recommend anyone to visit.

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in einem außergewöhnlichen Haus am Kanal verbracht. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll in maritimen Stil eingerichtet, mit liebevollen Dekodetails, stylisch und trotzdem gemütlich. Alles war sehr sauber, die Betten bequem, die Küchenausstattung war sehr gut inclusive etlicher Gewürze, Essig, Öl, Tee und Kaffee.Unser Kontaktmann Tomasz stand für Fragen über WhatsApp jederzeit schnell zur Verfügung, das war sehr hilfreich.Strandequipement, 2Kajaks, 1 SUP und 5 Fahrräder (3 große) waren vorhanden und die Räder haben wir öfters genutzt, um die nähere Umgebung mit den unglaublich schönen Villen zu bestaunen. Hierher kommen wir sicherlich nochmal!!!!Kleiner Ausflugstip: 3-stündige. Bootsfahrt durch die Naples-Bay vorbei an noch imposanteren Anwesen zu einer einsamen Barriereinsel, wo wir Delphine und Leguane gesehen haben und schöne Muscheln gefunden haben-vergesst Sanibel Island! (Anbieter Pure Florida Dolphin Ecotour)
