Harbour Tower 416: Looking for Sanibel Harbour Resort and Spa condo rentals with newly renovated Euro-style kitchens and bathrooms? This unit has been fitted with new cabinets and granite countertops, a large refrigerator with bottom-stacked freezer, a modern glass stove, and tile throughout. In the master bath, a tiled shower with separate tub is provided. For longer stays, the walk-in closet in the master will accommodate your personal belongings. There is a king bed in the master with a queen the guest bedroom. Sofa sleeper available in living room. And last but not least, enjoy the beautiful beach and Gulf views from the screened-in balcony. Very nice place, pool was excellent. 2nd bedroom a bit small but ok. 2nd bedroom is next to outside hall that has a very bright outside light. The room has shutters but they let in a lot of light. My wife had to use an eye mask as it was too light in the room for her...they should get some shutters or window cover to blacken it all out. The coffee maker went out the 2nd day but the office brought us a new, even better one the same day, so that was good. Was a bit disappointed that the kitchen had absolutely nothing for spices/cooking other than a tiny salt and pepper. We are used to everyone leaving their spices and we only replace if we use one up...here you need to bring everything, which means either bringing in your suitcase or buying every spice or additive you will need. Overall these were small things and really enjoyed the place.

Hidden Gem

The property is always so well taken care of and personnel are top notch. Our condo was in pristine condition and as always, the view can't be beat. The only item I would change is to update the book on local information since many of these places unfortunately are no longer or open or even standing! We'll be back!

Fun family time

The property is beautiful and we had a great time. The noseems are a bit of a bother and we were all bitten and itchy by the last day of our stay.

Girl's Weekend

The condo was nicely appointed with everything you could need. We were welcomed to come early and stay late, as there were no previous or future renters on those days, which made our experience much more enjoyable. We were able to travel less than 3 miles to Publix to pick up anything we needed. Very comfortable home. We used the pool at the Marriott as this pool was being repaired at the timeof our stay.

Absolutely wonderful!

The condo was wonderful. We enjoyed the private beach...it was quiet and the bay waves were peaceful. The pool was open (Feb 2024). You can't be any closer to Sanibel Island than Harbor Pointe condos. Sanibel had construction repairs going on due to Hurricane Ian, but still wonderful. I recommend renting bicycles from Billy's Bikes and enjoying the Sanibel bike paths. We enjoyed dinner at Doc Fords and the street tacos from the Blue Giraffe. A few notes: When you arrive there is not any bottled water or coffee to get you through. (we had rental car issues and used Lyft to get to the condo). If you can, I'd prepare to get groceries on the way to the condo. The coffee machine uses filters-not K-cups. We were very relieved that the Marriott Resort was available for dinner and drinks...and then again for breakfast. Publix and Walmart are about 6-10 miles away. Manatee Park is cute....although check before you drive all the way there as the Mantates's are seasonal and move back out to the ocean when the water gets warmer.

Perfect getaway!

We had a wonderful stay! Quiet location away from the crowds. We had a rental car so we were able to drive and explore Sanibel, Captiva, Ft Myers Beach, etc.

We had a wonderful vacation. Lots of things to do and places to eat fresh seafood

It was very relaxing and the view was spectacular. Nice pool and the grounds were well maintained. The property and the unit itself are well kept. We had an amazing time and plan to visit again.
