The hunt is over near Huntsville

I've stayed in 5 star hotels with less appeal. A very upscale 'cabin in the woods'. Direct waterfront (river) and very private. BBQ, outdoor fire pit, hot-tub, dock, kayaks and WIFI - all in excellent working order which is many times not the case. Communication with owners very good. Overall a great getaway. Huntsville was a very nice town as well just a quick 10 min down the road.

Best Cottage in Huntsville!

My friends and I had an amazing time at Wolegib! The cottage itself was stunning with a great view, just like the pictures in the listing. We enjoyed the hot tub and the indoor fireplace and really brings the cozy vibes that we were looking for in a cottage.The cottage is also quite close to town, approximately a 15-20min drive. Arrowhead provincial park was also nearby and we enjoyed the natural skating there. The roads in Hunstville are quite snowy and you definitely need winter tires to go around everywhere, but all the roads were plowed.What made our experience 10x better was Rebecca and Garth. They were ready to respond to any questions and provide any help we wanted at all times.Overall, highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking to visit Huntsville and Muskoka area. Would also be lovely during summer time as they had a bunch of water activities in the front yard of the cottage.

Huntsville is a vibrant town in the heart of Muskoka. Unlike other cottage towns, Huntsville stays alive all year round thanks to the many activities to enjoy in every season. Of course in the summer it's known for it's lakes and miles of boating to enjoy. In the winter, you must experience Arrowhead Provincial parks world renown ice skating trail through the woods.

What makes this property unique

Floor to ceiling windows across the entire front of the cottage so you can enjoy the beauty of Muskoka's nature to it's fullest. What makes this place extra special is the close proximity to the water (just 30 steps from your front door) and the privacy so you feel like you are truly alone.
