While sipping coffee from your first floor screened lanai, (which is about 50 feet from the water!!) you might see the sun rise, a manatee swimming, fish jumping or dolphins surfacing. You can watch the birds or boats cruising Gasparilla Sound and Charlotte Harbor or, keep your eye on those in the marina. Who knew the water and sky could include so many incredible shades of blue and green? A short walk can take you to the local fishing pier to see if the flounder, pompano, grouper, redfish, snappers, or the mighty tarpon are biting today. Or, just stroll over to the closest pool ( 3 available) for quiet swim.

Going further, on bike and cart-friendly paths that extend 7 miles, you can tour the Island and the charming town of Boca Grande. Bikes and golf carts are easily rented at the main club office. You may feel as though you stepped back in time in Old Florida--quaint shops have all your basic needs covered, and some, where you can indulge yourself. Stop for an ice cream, a beverage at any number of restaurants serving awesome fresh local seafood, or probably one of your other favorite dishes prepared as 'the best you ever had'. Delightful art galleries keep your creative energies charged. All over the island, there are countless opportunities to see stunning Floridian Mother Nature at her finest.

Looking for a gorgeous beach? There are more than 7 miles of stunning beach; chances are, you can find your own quiet spot, but you probably won't have room to carry all the shells you want to collect.

If you are looking for more, hire a boat or take a ferry to neighboring islands to add extra memories to your book of 'Favorite Places to Be'.

But if you just want to 'Hang Out', The Boca Grande Club gives you access to more pools (including a hot tub and children's pool), 8 clay tennis courts, free kayaks, beach umbrellas, a fitness center and classes, 3 mouth-watering restaurant venues including a pool-side Tiki bar, a library, and of course, the famous sunset views from the beach.
Back at the condo, there's a barbeque, pool, towels, outdoor showers, free Wi-Fi and cable, a fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer, and a pull-out sofa. We offer preferred rates for our returning and long-term guests. Our condo is managed by the Boca Grande Club.

Uncle Henry's Marina, which accommodates about 50 boats, and has a good launching ramp and rental slips, is located just in front of our property. The marina has limited services but has gas, water, electricity, restaurant, BBQs, etc.
