This second floor condo features 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths and has a coastal charm throughout that includes enclosed screen porch, open deck porch, 3 TV''s, DVD, and WiFi. Bear Trap Dunes offers amazing amenities such as indoor pool, two outdoor pools, kiddie pools, fitness center, tennis courts, multi-sport court, playgrounds, a clubhouse with restaurant and a convenient in-season beach shuttle service. Convenient location is just three miles to Bethany Beach so you are only a short ride away from sinking your toes in the sand! If using the amenities (optional) guest must pay weekly community recreation fee of $65.00 per person ages 4 and up.
