About this property

Spacious Urban Cottage with Private Hot tub and Heated Salt Water Pool

Very cozy, clean and well stocked home with great kitchen and pantry with a beautiful relaxing outdoor space.

Located in quiet, family friendly neighborhood. 10 minutes from awesome beaches, wineries and restaurants and 20 minutes from excellent golf courses.

Private heated pool and hot tub available from mid May to the end of September.

Fully Licensed Short Term Rental which complies with the new BC and Kelowna city regulations. Our license allows for 6 adults and up to 3 children.

Unfortunately we are no longer renting out this property to groups of individuals or bachelor/ette parties, etc. due to such groups being disruptive and causing continual excessive noise.

Multi-family bookings and family bookings with adult family members coming from different households are welcome.

6 Adults and up to 3 children under the age of 13 are permitted within the City of Kelowna short term rental guidelines. Additional guest fee of $50.00 per person per night for more than 6 guests.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Clean BBQ, Ensure all gas is turned off.
Ensure Hot Tub and Pool are closed.
Notify us of any damage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Excessive noise, including loud voices, swearing, yelling, shouting and music outside is not permitted at any time. We are in a family neighborhood.
No unregistered guests are permitted on the the property with out prior approval from the Host.
Any guests that have not been included in the original booking will be charged a fee of $50.00 per night. Maximum guests is 9 including all children.
