The spacious primary suite features a large walk-in closet and incredible views. In addition, there are 4 guest suites, including two that have a separate and private access.

Please contact our team prior to booking this home and do not submit a reservation request before speaking with the Home Manager. Depending on the booking platform, supplemental terms may be required prior to check-in. Additional fees, including credit card processing, pool heating, and early or late check-in/check-out fees, may also apply. Please inquire for details.
This listing includes a complimentary Moke vehicle. Guests must provide a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and be at least 18 years old. A separate rental agreement and $50 cleaning fee are required after booking. The Moke may not be driven in the rain and must be parked in the garage overnight. Additional fees will apply for any damages.
In an effort to keep our properties in good condition and to maintain a peaceful presence within the neighborhood, we have a few rules in place. It is important to understand these, so please be sure to read the descriptions of each rule as well.
1) No parties, visitors, or unapproved guests are permitted. All guest names must be submitted prior to booking, and government-issued photo ID may be required for the booking guest and all occupants. Any visitor spending time at the property must be approved in advance. We strictly enforce these policies to maintain a peaceful neighborhood environment and comply with local occupancy regulations. Exceeding the approved guest count may result in termination of the stay.
2) No pets unless proof is provided that the pets are service pets. We, out of principle, do not allow any pets. However, due to the American Disabilities Act, we are required by law to accept service pets if a guest does in fact have a service pet.
3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar products are permitted inside or outside the property. Located in a high brush fire zone, the home is equipped with hypersensitive smoke detectors that may automatically notify the fire department if triggered. False alarm charges and rule violations may result in a $500 fee. Due to wildfire prevention measures, local utilities may occasionally shut off power without notice, and refunds will not be provided for these interruptions.
4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates. If you need mail delivered before or after your stay, then we can help. You may send it to our office. Then we can take your mail to the property for you on the day of your arrival. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or un-retrieved mail or packages.
5) Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
Once again, this is to help us maintain the peaceful atmosphere for all of the guests at the property and a peaceful presence within the neighborhood.
6) Pool & Hot Tub: Children must never be left unattended near or in the pool or hot tub. No lifeguard is on duty. Glassware is strictly prohibited in pool and spa areas, and a $1,000 fee will apply if glass is found. Plasticware is provided for outdoor use and should be hand-washed and returned after use, as it is not disposable.
Pool heating: $100 per day of your reservation; hot tub is free.
7) Pre-Stocking: Choose from our available pre-stocking options with at least one week's notice. A $95 service fee applies to all requests.
8) Day of Arrival:
We offer a self-check-in option, or we can meet you at the property in person and tour you through the home. Please let us know your preferred method of check-in.
During check-in, only the person who has made the booking can be checked in and only the person who has made the booking will be asked to confirm their identity by showing the host their physical ID. Again, this is to verify that the person who has arrived is, in fact, the person on the booking. So, please work with us as we follow our safety procedures and work to maintain a secure environment.
9) Check-In: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.
Check Out: 10:00am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches.
10) **All credit card payments are subject to a 3.55% processing fee, shown at checkout. A 3.55% processing fee also applies to any additional service charges, including pre-stocking, mid-stay cleaning, pool heating, and similar services. The guest name must match the name on the credit card. For international credit cards, an additional 1.5% may be charged after booking to account for exchange rate differences—bringing the total fee to approximately 4.7%. If you prefer not to incur this fee, payment by bank wire is available. Guests wishing to pay by bank wire must notify our team prior to booking so we can provide instructions and ensure the correct payment method is arranged.
11) To maintain the quality and condition of the home, guests are not permitted to move or rearrange any furniture without prior written approval. Moving furniture can cause damage to floors, walls, and the furnishings themselves.
Any unauthorized movement of furniture will result in an additional fee to cover inspection, repositioning, and any damages incurred.

Cleanliness:
We take cleaning seriously, with every home thoroughly deep cleaned between stays. Guests can expect white hotel-style linens, plush towels, toiletries, and well-stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Our enhanced cleaning protocols include disinfecting high-touch surfaces, washing all linens and towels after every stay, and detailed sanitation procedures that exceed CDC standards.
This property contains an exterior camera at the front door which is motion sensored and is active during guests stay.
When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.
