A great Summer & Winter Location! Situated on Nicklaus North Golf Course it's the perfect spot for golf enthusiasts. Also on the doorstep of Lost Lake, where you will find numerous biking/hiking trails and a small beach for summer swimming. In the winter Lost Lake offers great Cross Country ski and Snowshoe trails. Green Lake is just a few minutes walk from the property and you can take in the beautiful lake views during the summer at Table Nineteen Restaurant's glorious patio - just 300m away.

NOTE: Roofing works are being carried out from 13 May 2024 - 15 November 2024. This particular property will not be affected until 23 Sept - 13 October 2024 (dates are subject to change without notice), however there will be disruption within the complex. We are discounting the rates accordingly for this time period. Construction will be carried out Monday to Friday between 8am - 6pm with the occasional Saturday's. Extending working hours until a maximum of 8pm may be required occasionally as needed

Nice location, comfortable beds, hot rub a bonus!

Some things we noticed: Shower upstairs in main bathroom does not drain well. Gas range has 2 burners that don't light. Door ro garage does not latch. Pocket door in bathroom on main level does not lock. Photo left out by tv main level is not ours. Found it behind the tv. Salt and pepper shakers would be nice to have in the house.
