Your PEI vacation headquarters in the heart of North Rustico!

The Heart of Rustico Home is our spacious 1800 square foot newly-built 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath town home in North Rustico that is a short walk to restaurants, liquor store, grocery store, wharf, deep sea fishing, beach, kayaking, North Rustico boardwalk, national park, world famous lobster suppers, and shopping at Seawalk Park boutiques. Only a 5 minute drive to Green Gables and Cavendish, world class golf courses, and attractions. A free level 2 EV charger is included with both J1772 and Tesla connectors. The fenced backyard has a BBQ (propane included), fire table, patio table and chairs, and decorative lighting. Make this your PEI vacation headquarters!

The main floor is an open concept, half bath, kitchen, living, dining room with patio doors off the dining room to the private back yard and BBQ. The living room boasts a 75" TV. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a large private ensuite bathroom with separate shower and tub, a walk-in closet, and its own 46" TV. In the master bedroom the sofa turns into a double bed with additional mattress to add for comfort. The other two bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, extra large closets and their own big screen TV's; they share the full second floor three piece bathroom. Washer and dryer laundry facilities are also conveniently located on the second floor.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay her. It was an easy walk to town, and we loved the path to the beach. Brad was very welcoming a d met us at the home to give us a tour.

Awesome location

The house is beautifully situated on north shore, close to all services and beaches. The house is modern and very clean. The host Brad was amazing, showing us the property and explaining everything. My family loved it.

Davin and his crew were excellent guests. They enjoyed our accommodations, and did a great job tidying up - ran the dishwasher, put in a load of laundry, and sorted the towels, sheets for me. We hope to host you again in the future!

We had a great time on the Island. This house fit our needs with the three grands just perfect. We were able to cook a few meals with the well furnished kitchen. We would do it again!!!

North Rustico Townhome

Had a great stay over Canada Day weekend. Brad was very welcoming, met us on arrival and showed us around the house. It is clean, well equipped and an easy walk to eateries, the sea walk and beach. Cute little fenced in yard was perfect for our grandson to kick a ball around in. Enjoyable stay.

Excellent location, easy walk to grocery, coffee shops, bakery, liquor store, pharmacy, fish/seafood shop, and the shoreline. Extremely clean, spacious, and well-maintained, includes everything you need for making meals and enjoying a relaxing vacation. Beach towels, washer/dryer, giant TV, back yard games, and fire pit are very helpful and welcome extras for making a family vacation an easy and memorable one. Our 18-year-old son did not want to leave!

Amazing Experience

Brad was a great host! The home was clean and bright and was everything we needed for a group of 10. Location was perfect. There was a small issue with the dishwasher latch and Brad came out immediately to have it replaced. He really cares about providing the best experience for his guests. Thank you Brad! Great Stay!

We are a family of four from Massachusetts and this was our first visit to Prince Edward Island. Brad is an exceptional host who touched base with us prior to our arrival. He also provided a tour of the home upon our arrival. The house is located within walking distance from the Harbour where you will find restaurants, deep sea fishing charters, kayaking tours, gift shops, access to the beach, etc. The house is less than a year old and is extremely clean. Brad has set up the back yard with games and a propane fire table. The house is also walking distance from the beach and about 10 minutes drive to Cavendish which offers more dining options and seashore national park access. We highly recommend this property and hope to return someday.

Great location for traveling in PEI

Brad was an excellent host, with an In-Person walk through of the property and suggestions for enjoying the area. North Rustico is a great location as base camp to explore the province. The property is new, clean and equipped with everything needed for a several day stay or longer. A great option for accommodations in PEI.

Centrally located in North Rustico on the north shore of Prince Edward Island, the Heart of Rustico Home is ideal for your vacation headquarters. Walk to the national park beach through local streets and trails, a 5 minute drive to Cavendish and all it's attractions, and located a maximum 20 minute drive to four world class golf courses (Green Gables, Anderson's Creek, Eagles Glen, Glasgow Hills). Located in the village of North Rustico, you can walk to the grocery store, liquor store, restaurants (lobster suppers and much more!), playground, Watermark Theatre, Seawalk Park boutiques (which ice cream!) and more.

We take pride in making sure our home is clean and do all the cleaning ourselves.
